Accommodation and catering enterprises and individual business owners who have legal person status, pay taxes in accordance with the law, have good credit records, and have no illegal or irregular behaviors. Accommodation and catering enterprises and individual business owners who resume business before June 30, 2020 can apply to the business departments of each city and prefecture.
If enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households that meet the application conditions are newly recruited from February 1 to June 30, 2020 (the time of signing the labor contract) and signing a labor contract with them for more than one year, and paying more than three months of wages on a monthly basis (not less than the provincial minimum wage standard), they can apply for a one-time new employment subsidy fund. The specific standards will be determined by the city and prefecture and announced to the public.
