This year's Golden Bell Awards Ceremony will be divided into two awards for the first time: "program category" and "drama category". A program award ceremony will be held on October 21 and a drama award ceremony will be held on October 22. This year, the "Program category" will award 21 awards; the "Drama category" will award 27 awards.
Another new "Online Popular Voting Activities" was added this year, allowing viewers to vote to select the best popular variety show and drama program in their minds this year. As of press time, the second wave of variety show votes have been temporarily led by "Variety Shows Play Big", and drama is still the first place in "The Tears of the Vulcan".
