At present, the epidemic situation in China and the province is still severe. In order to implement the epidemic prevention and control measures of "preventing imports from outside and preventing rebound from inside" and respond to the new situation of the development of the epidemic, according to the requirements of relevant provincial epidemic prevention and control documents and combined with expert judgment opinions, the prevention and control measures in the construction industry are appropriately adjusted. The latest prevention and control measures are now announced as follows:
1. All personnel entering the construction industry must report to the destination community in advance through the "Guizhou Health Code" mini program and telephone number.
2. For Tibet Autonomous Region, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Inner Mongolia Hohhot City and Baotou City, Shaanxi Xi'an City and Weinan City, Shanxi Yuncheng City and Datong City, Yunnan Xishuangbanna Prefecture and Dehong Prefecture , Sichuan Luzhou City, Nanchong City and and and and and and . Sichuan Luzhou City, Nanchong City and and and and and . ml3 Chengdu Wuhou District , Chongqing Yubei District and Shapingba District , Hunan Xiangxi Prefecture, Hubei Wuhan City, Guangdong Huadu District, Shenzhen Bao'an District, Futian District, Nanshan District, Bijie City, Guizhou Province and other key epidemic areas (except for medium and high-risk areas), personnel entering the construction area (except for medium and high-risk areas) will be implemented for "3-day centralized isolation + 4-day home health monitoring + 5 nucleic acid testing (on days 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 respectively) + 1 antigen test".
3. For cities (prefectures) who have local positive cases such as Bijie City, Guizhou Province (except Qixingguan District), the nucleic acid negative certificate will be checked three times within 72 hours. The "3-day 3-test" health management measures will be implemented at home isolation, and the third nucleic acid test results shall not be moved before the third day is released. Within 7 days after arrival, you must consciously monitor your health and try to avoid attending dinner parties and going to crowded public places. If the nucleic acid test is not completed on time, the "yellow code" management will be implemented. In principle, you will not go out at home. You can only go to the nucleic acid sampling point of the "yellow code" personnel for sampling on your own on the premise of taking personal protection; after the sampling is completed, you must immediately return to your residence or hotel to wait for the nucleic acid test result; if the result is negative, it will be converted to "green code" management.
4. For people from high and medium-risk areas across the country, red and yellow codes, they will be controlled in accordance with the "New Coronavirus Pneumonia Prevention and Control Plan (Ninth Edition)".
5. Except for the above areas, those entering the construction industry who have a history of traveling outside the city within 7 days must check the negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours.
(I) Those who enter the building through the highway inspection service station shall hold a 48-hour negative nucleic acid test certificate and shall be released immediately, and urge them to immediately implement the "incoming construction as soon as they enter the building" immediately after they arrive at their residence (destination); if there is no certificate, the "incoming construction as soon as they enter the building" (antigen testing + nucleic acid sampling) shall be implemented on the spot, and the antigen test result shall be released after the negative.
(II) If you enter the construction through transportation stations such as "one triple station" and other transportation stations, you will implement "inspection as soon as you enter the construction" at the station; if you hold a 48-hour nucleic acid test certificate, you will pass through the nucleic acid sampling in an orderly manner; if you have no certificate, you will conduct antigen testing + nucleic acid sampling simultaneously, and release it after the antigen test result is negative.
(III) After the arrival of other prefecture-level cities (hereinafter referred to as other epidemic-related areas) outside the province that have reported local epidemics and are at risk of community transmission, strict "3-day home health monitoring + 4-day self-health monitoring + 5 nucleic acid tests (on days 1, 2, 3, 5, and 7 respectively)". During the home health monitoring period of such people, "yellow code" management is implemented. In principle, they do not go out at home. They can only go to the nucleic acid sampling point of the "yellow code" personnel for sampling on their own, and they are not allowed to take buses or subways on the way. If there are co-residents, they must conduct daily nucleic acid testing simultaneously during the home health monitoring period. If you complete three days of home health monitoring and all nucleic acid test results are negative, "green code" management will be implemented. On the premise of taking personal protection, you can go to work and school normally and move in an orderly manner. During the self-health monitoring period, if you experience suspected symptoms such as fever, fatigue, and cough, you must go to the nearby medical institution to conduct medical treatment immediately.
(IV) People entering the construction industry in other regions outside the province and without local positive cases within and outside the province will implement the "three-day and three tests" after arriving in the construction industry (nucleic acid tests are carried out once on the first day, the second day and the third day respectively, and the daily nucleic acid sampling time should be fixed as much as possible); within 7 days after arriving in the construction industry, they must consciously monitor their health and try to avoid attending dinner parties and going to crowded public places. If the nucleic acid test is not completed on time, the "yellow code" management will be implemented. In principle, you will not go out at home. You can only go to the nucleic acid sampling point of the "yellow code" personnel for sampling on your own on the premise of taking personal protection; after the sampling is completed, you must immediately return to your residence or hotel to wait for the nucleic acid test result; if the result is negative, it will be converted to "green code" management.
6. The centralized isolation costs are borne by me.
Everyone is the first person responsible for their own health. Those entering the construction industry who do not actively report, conceal their whereabouts, or cooperate with relevant health management measures will be held seriously responsible in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
This notice will be implemented from October 16th. The above health management measures will be adjusted dynamically in a timely manner according to the epidemic situation.
