At around 8:40 pm tonight, when the reporter from Chutian Metropolis Daily arrived at the scene, the roads and sidewalks near Jinxiu Hanjiang Community on Qintai Avenue were still wet, and the road surface was normal. There are leaves and other garbage piled up next to every wellhead on the roadside. There is a construction site on the side of the road with the Hanjiang Seven Bridges project written on it, and the gate of the construction site is open. There is also a small stream of water flowing out from a large pit filled with water in the construction site and flowing into the drainage well on the side of the road. An emergency car from the drainage team of the Hanyang District Water Affairs Bureau was parked on the side of the road nearby.
