Hu Haifeng, male, Han nationality, born in November 1972, from Jixi, Anhui Province, joined the Communist Party of China in May 1995, started working in May 1998, with a postgraduate degree. Mao Hongfang, male, Han nationality, born in June 1965, from Ningbo, Zhejiang, joined the Communist Party of China in November 1986, started working in August 1987, with a university degree.
