To further prove this judgment, the Yunnan County Procuratorate conducted a back-investigation, investigation, analysis and concatenation of 35 mass-related criminal cases that have occurred in the jurisdiction in recent years. After a comprehensive analysis, it was found that in a series of cases such as Li Jintao and others suspected of intentional injury and fighting, the suspect, under the leadership of Li Jintao, obtained economic benefits through illegal and criminal activities such as opening casinos, and committed crimes through violence, threats and other means. He has initially shown the "four characteristics" of organized crimes in a gang-like manner, and organized crimes led by Li Jintao have gradually surfaced.

In March 2018, the Yunan County Procuratorate passed the case filing supervision and handed over the Li Jintao series of cases to the county public security bureau with clues involving gangs, and recommended that the public security organs investigate and collect evidence according to the case involving gangs. At this point, Li Jintao and others were suspected of intentional injury, fighting among the crowd, and the series of ordinary criminal cases associated with it have officially been transferred to special cases involving gangs.

In order to deal with the case into an ironclad case and effectively deter crimes of gangs and evil forces, the Yunnan County People's Procuratorate fully plays its leading role in pre-trial trial, and lists the investigation direction of the case, the evidence needed, and whether there is a "protective umbrella", from the "four characteristics" of organization, leadership, and participation in organized crimes of gangs, lists the investigation direction of the case, the evidence needed, and whether there is a "protective umbrella", and sends experienced prosecutors to intervene in the public security investigation in advance, and comprehensively puts forward opinions and suggestions on issues such as the fixation of evidence, the application of law, and key breakthroughs, which prompts the case to be successfully solved. After the case was transferred from the public security organs to the procuratorate for review and prosecution, the task force carried forward the spirit of continuous combat, carefully sorted out each piece of evidence, found the connection point of related cases, and quickly improved the case materials by reviewing and supplementing investigation. It took only 28 days to complete the review of more than 150 volumes of files and interrogating criminal suspects. After review, 12 cases of missed crimes and 3 missed crimes were added.
In August 2018, the People's Procuratorate of the People's Procuratorate of the County Court for 9 charges including Li Jintao, including organizing, leading, participating in a gang-like organization, gathering a crowd to fight, and opening a casino in . The court adopted all the charges and sentencing recommendations accused by the Yunan County Procuratorate, and sentenced the first criminal Li Jintao to 15 years and 9 months in prison. The remaining 20 defendants were sentenced to 7 months to 11 years and 10 months in prison. All 25 criminals involved in gangs, led by Li Jintao, were punished by law.
This case is the first case involving gangs successfully handled by the Yunan County Procuratorate through co-opting case analysis and early intervention in the special campaign to crack down on gangs and eliminate evil. It is also the case of the gang-related organization with the most criminal facts handled by the Yunan County Procuratorate in recent years. The successful handling of this case fully demonstrates the determination and confidence of the procuratorate to carry out the special campaign to crack down on gangs and eliminate evil, plays a great deterrent role in the gangs and evil forces, and effectively protects the interests of the people and achieves good social results.
