Recently, the Australian Airlines Consumer Rights Association released a latest survey report, which reviewed major domestic airlines in Australia based on user satisfaction. Tiger Airlines ranked first among the most unsatisfactory airlines without any suspense.
In mid-2015, the Australian Air Consumer Rights Association received a total of 1,204 passenger complaints, of which 28% were complaints about refunds, followed by flight delays and cancellations, accounting for about 25% of the total complaints, and 11% and 10% of the complaints about charges and luggage services respectively.
According to the report, the airline with the highest passenger satisfaction is Qantas, Regional Express Airlines ranked second, Virgin Atlantic ranked third, followed by Jetstar , and Tiger Airlines ranked last in this satisfaction study.
Although the ranking was once again at the bottom, the passenger complaint rate received by Tiger Airlines in 2015 was on a downward trend. Vanessa Regan, a spokesman for Tiger Airlines, said that compared with other industries, the passenger complaint rate of is already very low.
In addition, year-on-year showed that the complaint rate received by Tiger Airlines decreased by 36%. Despite its poor ranking, the efforts made by Tiger Airlines to improve its services cannot be ignored. Vanessa Regan said that the significant increase in passenger satisfaction rate is mainly due to Tiger Airlines' step-by-step improvement of its operational system and passenger service system.
Daniel:
Tiger Airlines, are you teasing me? ! Every time I take a plane I never take off! Either it was cancelled or it wasn't flying. I booked the ticket five months ago and has now been cancelled! I'll do it!
(Editor's reply: Brother, you're miserable enough...)
fred:
Last time, 25% of the passengers of the entire plane missed because they did not change the registration card in time. This is not a fault with the passengers, it is all because of the negligence of the ground staff. I took the plane 6 times, and I would be late for 5 times... I was also drunk!
Terra:
A handling fee of $8.5 is required to book air tickets with a credit card. This is still an Australian credit card, not an international credit card. Round trip air tickets are even more expensive. Last time, the two of them charged a card swiping fee of $34. Everyone should also know that Tiger Airlines is a cheap airline. How much does it cost? ! I'm going to go to the Australian Consumer Association (ACCC) to complain, I'm going to sue them!
However, judging from the comments complained by some passengers, there are still many efforts to improve passenger satisfaction.
