Recently, the People's Procuratorate of Wanxiu District, Wuzhou City and Wanxiu District Market Supervision and Administration Bureau held a joint meeting for the second half of 2022. The meeting was chaired by Wu Hongliang, director of the Wanxiu District Market Supervision Administration. meeting, the two sides discussed and studied the cooperation mechanism signed by the autonomous region and municipal procuratorates and market supervision and management departments in 2022. In addition, information sharing and business exchanges were conducted on issues such as the connection between administrative prosecution and administrative law enforcement of pension fraud, rectification of food safety hazards in catering utensils, supervision of off-campus trusteeship institutions, intellectual property protection, and cross-administrative functions. The Wanxiu District Procuratorate recommends that the Wanxiu District Market Supervision Administration strengthen supervision of elderly care fraud, food safety of catering utensils, and intellectual property protection, effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly, ensure food safety, protect intellectual property rights, and protect people's livelihood and interests. In addition, the two sides also jointly discussed and clarified the cross-sectional responsibilities of off-campus trusteeship agencies, laying an important foundation for promoting relevant functional departments to work together in the next step to ensure that off-campus trusteeship is not out of management.
