Hong Kong and Macao universities
Hong Kong, China has six universities on the list this year. The gap between schools has narrowed, and basically all staff have made progress!
This year, Hong Kong University (No. 31) is still NO. 1 among Hong Kong schools, and its ranking is basically the same as last year. I hope Hong Kong University can enter the top 30 in the world in the future! The Chinese University of Hong Kong (No. 45), 4 places improved compared with last year.

Mainland universities

In this year's ranking, 11 mainland Chinese universities have entered the list of the Fortune 200, while there were only 2 in 2016.
Tsinghua University and Pekinghua University have stabilized since setting the highest rankings in history for mainland Chinese universities last year, ranking 16th and 17th respectively this year.
In addition, this year, there are 5 universities that have entered the top 100 in the world, including Nanjing University (95th place) that entered this list for the first time.
