After learning about the situation, Cui Zhenyu actively coordinated and built cross-strait oolong tea industry standards, promoted the release and implementation of two national standards, "Taiwan Oolong Tea" and "Taiwan Oolong Tea Processing Technical Specifications", to help Taiwanese tea farmers and tea companies become bigger and stronger in the mainland. In order to improve the development level of Taiwan's Chuangyuan, Cui Zhenyu fully learns from Taiwan's tourism and leisure agriculture concept, takes the lead in integrating local resources, vigorously implements the construction of "one enterprise, one characteristic" project, and effectively promotes the transformation and upgrading of tea factories and tea gardens and industrial integration, forming a competitive development pattern of tourism and leisure agriculture, health and health care, rural tourism and other forms such as tourism and leisure agriculture. In 2020, Zhangping successfully held a Fujian-Taiwan Agricultural Cooperation Promotion Conference and the "Singling of Taiwan-funded Enterprises in Mainland China" event; Zhangping Wood and Bamboo Enterprises and Taiwanese Enterprise Xishan Group launched technical cooperation on Gumu New Materials, and the new products were recognized by the European and American markets; Taiwanese businessmen Niu Zhangzhi and Guizhu King officially settled in Zhangping; Zhangping introduced many varieties and projects such as Taiwan Jiabao Fruit, Apple Loofah, and California sea bass... Over the past year, Zhangping has signed 20 Taiwanese enterprise projects and 15 were established.

Focusing on in-depth cultural exchanges with Taiwan and enhancing emotional recognition among people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait, Cui Zhenyu has done a lot of work. In addition, Cui Zhenyu also encourages Taiwanese businessmen and compatriots to actively integrate into local social life and share the fruits of social development. At present, Zhangping has selected and hired more than 10 Taiwanese businessmen as rural revitalization consultants in the village where the company is located, and selected and hired 12 Taiwanese compatriots to serve as "Taiwanese River Chiefs", which has facilitated more than 10 Taiwanese youths to engage in cultural and creative activities in the ancient village of Shuangyang Town, and attracted 4 Taiwanese agricultural projects to be implemented in Ruidu Village, and fully utilized the wisdom and strength of Taiwanese compatriots and Taiwanese businessmen to promote rural governance and rural construction.
