From May 2020 to January 2021, the defendant Yu illegally engaged in gasoline sales activities in a store in Sanhui Town, Hechuan District, Chongqing without obtaining the "Hazardous Chemicals Business License" by purchasing the remaining base oil after transportation by the oil tanker truck, and then reselling it at a low price. As of the time of the incident, Yu sold gasoline to 19 people including Tan, Wang, etc., a total of more than 80,000 yuan, and made a profit of about 15,000 yuan.

Judge said: As we all know, dangerous goods such as gasoline cannot be bought and sold at will, and must be approved by relevant national departments before they can be operated. The oil products at the illegal refueling points are unclear and the quality cannot be guaranteed, which not only disrupts the order of the refined oil market but also poses major safety hazards.
