Start with the attachment, OLIGHT's barrels are generally magnetic charging heads, which has almost formed a standard in OLIGHT barrels and are very versatile. Almost all new generations of barrels use this charging solution. The Samurai X Turbo comes standard with a third-generation magnetic charging head.
This magnetic charging head has evolved several times and has basically been structured. However, for the large-capacity 21700 batteries, the output current of the old MCC first and second generation charging heads is indeed too small. The charging power of this third-generation charging head can go as fast as 2A. Note that it is 5V2A, and the current is about 3A on the battery, which is already considerable. It takes 5 hours to fully charge a charging head of the third generation of MCC. Although it sounds like 5 hours is not short, you can see that the charging power is actually tracking. OLIGHT WARRIOR Samurai X Turbo's overall design lines are tough and comfortable to touch. The two-speed dimming is not only suitable for tactical use, but also convenient for daily use. It is hard to believe that 157mm*26.2mm*58mm on the head, a small straight with a size of up to 250,000 CDs can be illuminated, and even the weight of the battery is only 294 grams. The protection level is as high as IPX8, so you basically don’t care. The resistance to drop also reached 1.5 meters. With the vibration power reminder, almost all high-tech is integrated into one.
Start with the head. The head uses a huge stainless steel attack head. I personally like stainless steel very much. Although aluminum + hardening is also very good, it is not as good as stainless steel after all. Stainless steel material is several streets higher than aluminum alloy in terms of hardness and wear resistance.The press ring is plated into OLIGHT's signature blue through the PVD process. The black barrel body is very beautiful with the blue press ring. It can be seen from the figure that the compression ring is very thick, and the strength can be imagined with the high hardness of stainless steel. LED uses OSRAM KW CSLPM1.TG 6P is a relatively niche LED with a maximum power of 20w, a driving voltage of 3.5v, a maximum current of 5a, a typical luminous flux of 1764 lumens, and an LED size of 3030. Although this LED is not outstanding in light effects, its lensless structure is more suitable for long-range shooting. The effect of the small core combined with the Samurai X Turbo's headlight cup is very shocking.

The anti-slip pattern on the barrel is my favorite part. The horizontal serrated pattern used on the Samurai X PRO has the anti-slip ability to throw a few streets of knurled flowers. In terms of anti-slip ability, it is even stronger than the large chocolate pattern of the SR95S-UT. However, in terms of the appearance of the barrel body of Samurai X TURBO, the main anti-slip relies on tactical rings. Of course, if the tactical ring is removed, the barrel body will rely on the anti-slip marks.
Samurai X TURBO clamp is made of stainless steel and is plated black to complement the barrel body. The clamp has a certain hardness and will basically not fall off during normal use. There are rope holes on the clamp, and the tactical ring behind it also has rope hole design, so the bracelet is very flexible.
Here we focus on the structure of the clamp fixed, which is considered a characteristic structure of OLIGHT. In the early OLIGHT products, the hug clips used ordinary hug clips, but they may rotate or even fall off during intense movements. The hug clips of Samurai X Turbo are pressed under the tactical ring. The tactical ring comes with is made of aluminum, and the gripper feels very good, but its touch and anti-slip are not as good as the rubber press ring included in the packaging. In actual use, the metal tactical ring of the barrel is more suitable for daily use or naked hands, while the rubber tactical ring is sometimes used with gloves. Wearing gloves requires better anti-slip performance and relatively thinner diameter.

This design of Samurai X TURBO not only realizes the inverted function but does not affect the feel, it is a design that kills two birds with one stone. The

The luminous flux of 2250 lumens is enough, and the long-range shot is much stronger than that of the same size. It can be used as a half-range shot barrel. The X Turbo is a pure long-range shot with a central light intensity of up to 250,000 CDs. Even the low-bright 150 lumen level has a light intensity of up to 32,400 CDs, which shows its strength.

Samurai X Turbo has built-in a 21700 lithium battery with model ORB-217C50, with a capacity of 5000MAH. You may not imagine that the diameter of 21700 is only 3MM increased by 18650, but it has nearly doubled its capacity. I did a capacity test on the battery, and the constant current discharge was discharged at 3A current, and the actual measured capacity reached 4933MAH, and the capacity that meets 5000MAH was not imaginary.
