Product Overview:
The 35kV grade S11, SZ11, SFZ11 oil-immersed power transformer series products comply with the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC60076 and the National Standards of the People's Republic of China GB1094 "Power Transformer", GB/T6451 "Technical Parameters and Requirements of Three-Phase Oil-immersed Power Transformer". The on-load voltage regulation range of this product is 35±2*2.5%kV, 38.5±2*2.5%kV, 35±3*2.5%kV, 38.5±3*2.5%kV, 38.5±3*2.5%kV. The voltage can be manually, electric or automatically adjusted within the voltage regulation range with the on-load voltage regulation switch on the primary side to ensure the stability of the output voltage. The 35kV grade 6300kVA and above transformers adopt a folding oil tank, which greatly strengthens the mechanical strength of the fuel tank, reduces welds, and improves the appearance quality of the transformer. This product is a newer product and has good economic benefits.
Product structure:
Adopting all-inclined step joints to improve the flux direction, eliminate the local flux saturation phenomenon of the iron core at the joints, reduce the no-load loss and no-load current of the iron core, and reduce the transformer noise.
The iron core adopts a pull-plate structure. In order to enhance the resistance to short circuit, several pressing nails are distributed around the pressure plate. The upper and lower high and low pressure clamps are connected by supporting beams to make the iron core a whole.
In addition, the iron core column is coated with special end surface glue for silicon steel sheets to bond the silicon steel sheets to the sheets, and after curing, the iron core becomes one. High-strength electrical laminated wood support is used between the lower part of the instrument body and the wall of the oil tank, so that the lower part of the instrument body is positioned safely and reliably.
