Taiwan People's Party Constitution clearly stipulates that party member representatives include "of course party member representatives" and "voting party member representatives", with a term of office of 2 years. Among the 100-seat party representatives, there are 35 seats for women, 3 seats for new residents, 3 seats for physical and mental disabilities, 1 seat for ethnic minorities, and 22 seats for alternates. After the People's Party elects party representatives, it is expected that the Party Congress will be held in January next year and the new Central Committee members and Central Review Committee members will be elected.
