Confucius once said that a gentleman has three precepts: when he is young, he is in color, when he is strong, he is in fighting, and when he is old, he is in getting.
As an important figure in modern times, in addition to the problem of "lustfulness", he also has a major personality weakness, which is his irritability, a bad temper, and often scolds and even beats people.
Needless to say, Chiang Kai-shek likes to curse, his diary is full of people and he writes a lot of curse words. It is even more conceivable in private texts.
The following chat gives some examples. For example, to Sun Yat-sen's Zhesi Sun Ke , Chiang Kai-shek demoted him to "A Dou" and scolded him for "not only selling the party, but also selling the country"; Song Ailing's husband and brother-in-law Kong Xiangxi , Chiang called him "shameless";
There is also brother-in-law Song Ziwen , Chiang called him arrogant and domineering, and it is absolutely not available; Air Force Commander Zhou Zhirou, Chiang Kai-shek said that shooting him ten times was not enough;
Even Song Mei-ling , Chiang Kai-shek scolded him. When he was seriously ill in 1972, Chiang had a sentence in his diary for several days, "Only villains and women are difficult to raise."
According to the research of historian Yang Tianshi , the "woman" is Soong Mei-ling, and the "villain" is Kong Xiangxi's son Kong Lingkan .
It’s pretty good to curse people. When Chiang Kai-shek gets angry, he often has to touch his hands directly.
As recorded in his diary, on October 1, 1919, he visited Juzhengshi and had a fight with the rickshaw driver. Not only did he not win, but he suffered a considerable loss.
And similar things have happened more than once. For example, in 1917, in front of the Zhang Jingjiang's door, he also fought with the coachman, but was humiliated and injured.
In addition to suffering losses, Chiang Kai-shek had to say in his diary: "I am fighting for free with villains and fighting for ruthlessness. It is really not worth it. I have to endure patience and never make any progress, what can I do!"
In addition to fighting with the coachman, Chiang Kai-shek also recorded the fight with his first wife Mao Fumei in his diary. On April 3, 1921, Chiang Kai-shek's diary recorded:
"After the country, the mother and son did not follow the teachings, they went home. When they saw the foot sound of their mother's figure, it was stimulating and the disgust could not be stopped. And they cherished their son, and did not teach a lesson, and made things difficult for me. The hatred was beyond replenishment. They forced me to fight and fought against me!
This hatred cannot be forgotten for life, and they decided to divorce to avoid pain. After the beating, they hurt their vitality and sincerely seek pain. It is not necessary to do so."
Regarding this matter, Chiang Ching-kuo later revealed in his letter to his mother:
"Do you still remember? Who beats you? Grab your hair and drags you downstairs from the second floor? Isn't that Chiang Kai-shek? Who did you kneel down to and ask not to drive you out of the house? That's not him, Chiang Kai-shek?"
"Who hits my grandmother? Chiang Kai-shek beats my mother. Who hits my grandmother and causes my grandmother to die because of this? That's not him, Chiang Kai-shek? This is his true face. This is his filial piety, brotherhood, etiquette, etiquette, righteousness, integrity and shame to his parents and wives, which is the so-called 'filial piety, brotherhood, loyalty, righteousness, integrity and shame'."
(According to Li Ao, this open letter published by Chiang Ching-kuo in the Soviet Union on January 23, 1935. Chiang Kai-shek contradicted his mother and said that even his mother had taken action, which seemed unreliable.)
Afterwards, Chiang Kai-shek regretted again. He blamed himself in his diary:
"My sins are in heaven! Why are you a son and a person! In the future, you must not make bad noises to your mother and family. No matter how you are indignant, you will not reach out to beat someone, and you will swear to keep it for life to redeem your remnants of yesterday."
After all, it is rare to beat the driver and beating relatives. Chiang Kai-shek was more angry at the time of his anger. As recorded in his diary:
2 February 21, 1925: "I mistakenly drink water, vent my anger, and beat my subordinates, and beating them rudely. Is it still humane to remember it once?"
1925: "I came to Huangpu at 10 o'clock last night. The snoring sounded outside the door. After a long time of shouting, I responded and beat people again. I remembered it once again."
1925: "I am stupid for the servant, everything is not satisfactory, and I am violent and impatient again. What will I do if I do this!" "I am extremely violent, I will beat people, and I will remember it once again.”
August 1, 1926: "I beat someone up, and I was very cruel and had no endurance. I even beat my friends by mistake. The atrocities are so extreme! ”
In fact, even if he was in the position of leader, Chiang Kai-shek could not control his own hands. During the War of Resistance Against Japan, Chen Zerun, the former director of the Military Service Department, was shot to death shortly after he was beaten by him. Chen Bulei is said to have committed suicide only after being slapped in the face.
