其实民进党当局逼迫签署“不投降承诺书”，更显出民进党当下主张的失道，因为一旦政策得当，何须逼迫着别人签署如此强迫画押性质的文件，还不是显出民进党自身就没有多少底气，毕竟两岸发展以及军力比较都是定量，差距摆在那儿，至于美国的援助，那就是变量，主动权不在民进党手里，而在美国人那里。
