Which one is not a spy? Shi Mingde's accusations were very heavy, and the DPP's biggest family scandal was revealed at once.

Many participants in the incident and their defense lawyers are high-ranking officials and have a clear reputation. Zhang Junxiong. has served as "Legislative Councilor", Secretary-General of the DPP, Secretary-General of the Presidential Office, "Presidential President" and "Chairman of the Straits Foundation".
Jiang Pengjian. The first party chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party, and has served as a "legislator" and "supervisor". Died from illness in 2000.
Su Zhenchang. Like Chen Shui-bian and Tse Changting, he also entered politics after becoming a defense lawyer. He served as a Taiwanese provincial legislator, Pingtung County Mayor, "Legislator", Taipei County Mayor, "Secretary-General of the Presidential Office" and "Premier-General of the Executive Yuan". He served as chairman of the Democratic Progressive Party twice in 2005 and 2012, and has been the "Premier-General of the Executive Yuan" since January 2019.
The above-mentioned people either died or faded out of politics. The most powerful person among the "Beautiful Island Defense Lawyers" who are still active in Taiwan's political arena is Su Zhenchang.

2. The DPP launched a "spy crackdown" campaign
Speaking of which, the popular "spy crackdown" campaign on the island was created by the DPP authorities themselves.
This matter will start from before Tsai Ing-wen came to power in 2016. At that time, the DPP not only won the "presidential" election, but also occupied a majority of seats in the "Legislative Yuan". This is different from Chen Shui-bian's arrival in power. It is known as "full rule", but in fact it is because there is no restraint from the Kuomintang and can do whatever it wants.
So, before Tsai Ing-wen came to power, the DPP began to plan to establish an organization called the "Committee on Promoting Transformation Justice", referred to as "Promoting Transfers".
On May 20, 2016, as soon as Tsai Ing-wen took office, she announced that she would complete the report on "transformation justice" within three years. The DPP then passed relevant supporting bills in the Legislative Yuan.
In May 2018, the "Promotion Transfer Promotion" was officially established, claiming to "restore the historical truth, promote social reconciliation, and handle and use improper party products".

3. The internal strife of the DPP revealed the family scandal

The exposure of Huang Guoshu's identity as a "spy agent" is due to the factional struggle within the Democratic Progressive Party.
