1. Tianya District West of Haihong Road: east of Maling, west of Haihong Road, south of G98 Ring Expressway, south to the seaside (except Jinhetong Building Materials Wholesale Market and Tongjing Village Phoenix Third Group).
2. New Lian-Miaolin-betel nut area.
3. Phoenix Island area.
4.1 Jiyang District eastern area: From the intersection of Yuya Road and Luling Road, extending north along the Gouling Ridge line to east of Xueyu Road, south of G98 Ring Expressway, west of Zhululing Tunnel, and south to the seaside (except for the dormitory area of Gangou Village Building Materials Factory).
(II) Control measures
1.1.1 Resuming agricultural and other production activities, opening up supermarkets, shopping malls, barber shops, restaurants (did not open for dine-in), opening outdoor public places, allowing express delivery and takeaway operations, and allowing normal passage of private cars, taxis, online car-hailing, etc.

Sanya has not found positive infections in the society for 8 consecutive days
19th September 13, a reporter from Hainan Daily learned from the 56th press conference of the Sanya New Coronavirus Pneumonia Epidemic Prevention and Control Command that 9-24:00 on September 12, 1 new positive infection case was added to Sanya, which was asymptomatic infection case and was found in isolation control. No positive infection case was found in the society.
" Since September 5, Sanya has not found positive infections in the society for 8 consecutive days. The number of new infections every day is single digits, and the epidemic has been effectively controlled. " Sanya Deputy Mayor Luo Dong said.
According to the results of the new round of nucleic acid testing screening, after comprehensive analysis, the Sanya Epidemic Prevention and Control Command decided to lift the temporary static management of some areas in the central urban area from 12:00 on September 13 and implement corresponding control measures.
Currently, Sanya City still has 14 high-risk areas and 44 medium-risk areas, including Tianya District 3 high-risk areas and 15 medium-risk areas; Jiyang District 11 high-risk areas and 28 medium-risk areas; Haitang District 1 medium-risk areas. After comprehensive analysis, the risk of transmission still exists, so temporary static management will not be lifted for the other areas of the central urban area for the time being. The current control measures of the communities (villages, communities) under its jurisdiction will remain unchanged and will be lifted in stages and sections according to the epidemic situation.
