On February 24, Vice Mayor Xu Zheng of Changzhou City led a team to conduct research and guidance on agricultural and rural work in New Taipei District. Wu Xiaohua, deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee of the High-tech Zone and deputy secretary of the New Taipei District Party Committee, Chen Jiansheng, deputy mayor of the New Taipei District and director of the Health and Health Bureau, and relevant leaders participated in the investigation.
Xu Zheng and his party visited Laoxizhuang, Benniu Town Shichenjia Village, Xinghua Animal Husbandry, and New Taipei Modern Agricultural Industrial Park to inspect the revitalization and utilization of Chuxin Courtyard, Red Scarf Hall and Laoxizhuang homestead land, Xinghua Animal Husbandry’s “One Year Export of 50,000 Modern Pig Breeding Project”, the Tomato World Project in New Taipei Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, and listened carefully to the relevant person in charge’s introduction to the progress of the project, as well as the difficulties and problems encountered.
Xu Zheng fully affirmed the achievements of our district’s beautiful village construction work, and suggested that we should base ourselves on the long-term and adapt to local conditions to stimulate the endogenous driving force of beautiful villages, and realize the new rural revitalization model of “living, business-friendly, and tourism-friendly”.
Xu Zheng said that in the next work, we hope to produce highlights, experiences, and new mechanisms, improve the level of scientific and technological support, strive to present a more beautiful rural form and style, and promote the continuous achievement of new results in rural revitalization.
