On July 28, 2022, the Lin'an District General Aviation Network Layout Research and Review Conference was successfully held in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Lin'an Transportation Bureau. Relevant personnel from the District Transportation Bureau, Planning and Investment Bureau, Emergency Management Bureau, Culture, Radio, Tourism and Sports Bureau, Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau, Health and Family Planning Bureau, Dahuyuan Town, Yuqian Town, Gaohong Town, Tianmushan Town, Zhejiang Kaisheng and other units, as well as relevant review experts attended the meeting. District introduced the background of the general aviation network layout research in Lin'an District. He pointed out that Lin'an District has great significance in planning the general aircraft layout, which will help improve Lin'an's emergency rescue capabilities, improve regional tourism upgrades, and accelerate Lin'an's connection with the Hangzhou West Science and Technology Innovation Corridor, which will play a positive role in solving Lin'an's urban infrastructure, optimizing industrial layout, and promoting regional economic development. The relevant person in charge of Zhejiang Kaisheng General Aviation Technology Co., Ltd., a compilation unit, reported on the results of the research report, and the relevant departments participating in the meeting made suggestions on the content involved in the research report from multiple angles. The meeting believes that the general aviation network layout of Lin'an District is an important measure to further enrich the general aviation layout of the province, and is of great significance to improving the city's comprehensive transportation system and accelerating the integration of our district into the West of the City Science and Technology Innovation Corridor and the integration of the Yangtze River Delta. Dr. Li Ao from the Institute of Aviation of Zhejiang Transportation Sciences, associate professor Zhou Limin from the School of Aviation of Zhejiang Transportation Vocational and Technical College, professor Yu Yi from the General Aviation Department of Civil Aviation Management Cadres College, and executive vice president of the Civil Aviation School of Northwest Polytechnical University, respectively commented on the research report. The expert group believed that the research report had clear ideas, complete content, effective basis, reasonable conclusions, and strong guiding significance for Lin'an's development of the general aviation industry, and unanimously agreed to pass it. The meeting required the preparation unit to revise and improve the opinions put forward by the experts at the meeting, and suggested that relevant departments seize the opportunity and initiate the follow-up procedures of the feasibility study report as soon as possible to lay a solid foundation for project implementation.
It is understood that Lin'an District's general aviation network layout, as one of the general airport cluster layouts of Zhejiang North General Airport Layout Plan (2020-2035) (Revised)". This project not only meets the construction of important bases such as general aviation operations, general aviation guarantee services, and general aviation manufacturing in the region, but also undertakes the comprehensive service guarantee for regional general aviation operations, but also promotes the construction of a modern comprehensive transportation system in Lin'an District.
