"The situation was really urgent at that time, thanks to Captain Lin who saved her..." At noon on September 18, Ding Saiyun, the boss of the sister seafood stall of Shipu , rushed to the Shipu Haixin emergency rescue team's base and sent a banner to Captain Lin Bingli.

Things have to start from September 16th. At around 8 o'clock that night, Lin Bingli, who was working on a boat near Shipu Seafood Street, suddenly heard someone shouting "Help". He looked into the sea and saw someone struggling up and down on the sea. Without having time to think about it, he immediately drove the boat to approach, took off his clothes, shoes and socks, and jumped directly into the sea.

Lin Bingli swam to the person who fell into the water, dived underwater and held it up with both hands, quickly pulled his neck tightly, and tried his best to drag the person who fell into the water to the boat gang. Due to overdrawing of physical strength, Lin Bingli was no longer able to pull the person who fell into the water onto the boat and could only wait for the fishing boat on the dock to come and pick it up. After more than 40 minutes of life-and-death rescue, the person who fell into the water was frightened and was not seriously injured.

After getting ashore, Lin Bingli was exhausted. He patted the water on his body and left quietly when he saw that the woman was safe. It was learned that the person who fell into the water was a woman from other places who had just arrived in Shipu. When she was drinking and drowning her sorrow at a seafood street stall due to family matters that day, she suddenly lost control and jumped into the sea to commit suicide.
