Hong Jiaguang, born in 1979, is thin and upright. Although he wears a pair of half-frame glasses, his eyes are still bright behind the lenses. After more than 20 years of experience, Hong Jiaguang has completed more than 200 tooling tool technical innovations, solved more than 340 problems, and developed excellent processing skills.
Hong Jiaguang often said that his growth was thanks to the words and deeds of his senior workers. He told reporters a short story: Hong Jiaguang, who had just been in work for the second year, discovered that Zhang Fengyi, a master with more than 40 years of work, likes to wear a white sweatshirt to work every day. After get off work, he saw that there was no stain on his shirt. "Master Zhang said that when building engine parts, even if something thinner than hair falls into it, the consequences may be very dangerous. Rigorous is the iron rule that we must follow."
Hong Jiaguang was greatly touched. Since then, he insisted on wiping lathe three times a day. The cutting debris must be cleaned up, and his clothes are neat and neat, and meticulous at all times and anywhere.
Hong Jiaguang maintained his true nature as a Communist Party member. Faced with the technical breakthrough of improving the accuracy of tool processing, he volunteered and charged forward.
