Brazil IBOVESPA stock index with the best performance was Tim Mobile (BVMF:TIMS3), up 2.19% (0.26 points) and closed at 12.15. Meanwhile, Telefonica Brasil SA (BVMF:VIVT3) rose 0.77% (0.32 points) to close at 42.10; Suzano Papel e Celulose SA (BVMF:SUZB3) rose 0.56% (0.25 points) and closed at 44.98 at the end of the trading session.
The weakest stock on the market was MRV Company (BVMF:MRVE3), which fell 8.51% (1.01 points) and closed at 10.86. Via SA (BVMF:VIIA3) fell 7.67% (0.24 points) to close at 2.89; MAGAZ LUIZA ON NM (BVMF:MGLU3) closed down 7.41% (0.32 points) and quoted at 4.00.
571 stocks on the Brazilian São Paulo Stock Exchange fell, exceeding the number of stocks that closed higher - 399. At the same time, 30 stocks have not risen or fallen, and are basically the same.
