The meeting discussed and passed the work report of the 9th Council of Zhenjiang Private Economy Association, the financial income and expenditure report of Zhenjiang Private Economy Association, and the "Zhenjiang Private Economy Association Charter" (Revised). The meeting elected the 10th Council of Zhenjiang Private Economic Association. The meeting decided that the 10th Council of Zhenjiang Private Economic Association consists of 99 directors, 52 comrades including Zhuang Lei were elected as executive directors, 20 comrades including Pan Zhengdong were elected as vice presidents, Zhang Yixin, a fourth-level researcher at Zhenjiang Market Supervision Bureau, Tang Yifei, a market audit specialist at Zhenjiang Market Supervision Bureau, and Comrade Zhu Qijun was elected as supervisor.
Meeting believes that the ninth board of directors of Zhenjiang Private Economy Association, under the leadership of the Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government and the guidance of the Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, closely follows the theme of economic development, adheres to the purpose of political establishment, service strengthening, and market expansion. By improving service methods, extending service fields, improving service levels, innovating service means, and enhancing service capabilities, it has created a new situation in the association's work and made positive contributions to promoting the healthy development of the private economy in our city. In 2019, it was rated as an advanced collective for the National Private Association System; two staff members were rated as an advanced worker for the National Private Association System System. The two members were rated as national advanced individual business owners and were cordially received by Premier Li Keqiang.

Song Pingsheng, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of Zhenjiang Market Supervision Bureau, put forward three requirements for the future work of the association.
• First, we must earnestly study and implement the spirit of the Zhenjiang City Eighth Party Congress and fight a "key battle" to improve the industrial energy level. consciously seeks a way out in improving the industrial energy level, aiming at the three leading industries of advanced manufacturing, , modern service industry and Internet technology, keep a close eye on strategic emerging industries, and vigorously develop industries with comparative advantages such as low-carbon economy, , and all-region tourism. We must actively help enterprises find the right market and business projects through organizing business inspections and carrying out foreign exchanges and exchanges, and provide services for enterprises to become bigger and stronger. Represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of members and provide legal support and assistance to members. When members encounter difficulties, associations at all levels can actively coordinate to seek policy support such as finance, finance and taxation, and talents for enterprises, and organize members to carry out mutual assistance to help enterprises solve practical difficulties and prominent problems. To make grassroots associations a "membership home", we must not only provide members with activity venues and build a regular communication platform, but also let members feel the warmth and care of the association.
