The two exams are close to each other and the scores are not high. My experience may be more about preparing for the judicial examination and taking into account other types of exams. 1. Basic situation
first introduce themselves. I graduated from undergraduate degree in 2015, majoring in accounting, and working in finance. Children's shoes who study accounting-related majors know that taking CPA is our first choice for the certificate, and I am no exception. During my two years of graduation, I prepared for the CPA and tax accountant exam . During the two exams of CPA economic law and tax accountant law, I felt confused about the law, so I took advantage of the last 2017 judicial examination and systematically studied the law.
Therefore, as an in-service candidate with an illegal library, I have a foundation before preparing for the judicial examination, and I have never been exposed to others, so I have no foundation for self-categorization. Due to work, the study time is still abundant, and the free time is more than 6 hours a day.
2. Preparation experience
Next, I will talk about my preparation experience from six aspects. The first four experience posts, determination, planning and things that need to be paid attention to in preparation for the exam are what each exam needs and are connected; the last two books and teachers have personal colors, after all, preparation time is limited, so I quote a friend: the level of teaching in is not much worse than that in . 1. About experience post
After I decided to take the 2017 judicial examination in December 2016, I started to collect relevant information about the judicial examination. asked a few friends who passed the judicial examination, added some QQ groups for the judicial examination, and collected some experience posts .
As mentioned above, although I have learned some related laws when preparing for other certificates, compared with the candidates in the Law Book and World War II, I think it should be considered as having no foundation. Therefore, when I consult with pass candidates, I usually ask people with similar backgrounds in illegal books, and the same is true when reading experience posts.
In addition, my own experience is that ordinary people should not think of themselves as exceptions. It is best to look for the experience posts of the most ordinary people. You can read the posts of the academic master or the master of the assault exam, but you need to find the same experience posts as those, understand the characteristics of the exam, try to formulate your own plans and implement them yourself. When you feel that the learning method is wrong, communicate with familiar people with similar backgrounds who have passed the judicial examination in a timely manner, and then go to the relevant experience posts . Because similar people may encounter similar bottlenecks in the process, and communicating with them will make it easier to find a way to make breakthroughs.
2. About determination
As the saying goes, attitude determines everything. may be an impulse at the beginning, but persisting until the end depends on determination . The more you hope you can pass this exam, you will have the more hope you can pass this exam .
This is the feeling that I have almost become a full-time witness in the past three years.
Only when you desire to pass it will you spend time studying it carefully. What are its characteristics? How did the people who passed before pass? What should I do to get through? Only when you are eager to pass it, will you find ways to find reasons, countermeasures, and keep moving forward when you encounter confusion. Each exam in may have different characteristics, but the core is the same, that is, try every means to pass it.
3. About planning
No matter which exam is prepared for, planning is a very important link.The plan allows you to expect when to start and end, several stages to go through, when the nodes in each stage are, and to what extent should each node be completed to .
However, many times, we make plans with enthusiasm, thinking that we can definitely complete them, and feeling that the plan is not fulfilled enough, and we can add more. Yes, the first day was completed, the second day was a little reluctantly, the third day was only half completed, and the fourth day, oh, yesterday's task was piled up to today, and the task was a bit heavy, and the plan could not be completed. I don't want to face this result, the more I don't face it, the further I deviate from the plan. Therefore, when we really make up our minds to take the judicial examination, when you ask others about experience, you can ask them how long they have been preparing for the exam, and how many stages they have been divided into, and then divide them into several stages based on their own situation and the time from the exam, and fill in the general content. After a rough idea, you must implement this plan. If the plan encounters temporary emergencies, you cannot complete it. For example, if you suddenly work overtime or go on a temporary business trip today, it disrupts the original plan. Please face this change with a positive attitude and make timely adjustments. You must understand that our goal is to pass the exam, not to implement the plan perfectly. The plan is stable and changeable, and it is all serving our ultimate goal.
There is another problem with the plan. I have implemented the plan I made for a period of time, and then found that it seems that the effect is not very good. At this time, I should calm down and analyze it. Is this normal? Is it a stage that must be gone through in preparation for the exam? Just get through it? Or is there something wrong with the plan actually formulating, and the learning method is not suitable? In addition to your own reflection, you should also communicate with people you can trust in time, or look at the online experience posts again. Maybe you will know what the problem is. But please don’t give yourself excuses. Before the plan is changed, you should still insist on studying as planned.

As the exam is approaching, many people who are temporarily cramming will emerge. The whole atmosphere must be tense. At this time, you should relax and follow the plan slowly.
4. is very important for exams
(1) Time Management
On-campus students may be relatively free to arrange their time. As a worker, many times, after the task is over, you have to continue and not be ambiguous. This leads to the possibility of disruption in our plans, so time management has higher requirements for on-the-job candidates.
You need to evaluate your time. What time can I use and how can I use it? What kind of person am I? What kind of strategies are applicable to pass this exam? How do I deal with it if the plan is disrupted?
For example, although I am on the job, my current job is not very much. I can use my time to read books when I go to work. Moreover, we have a fixed time off work, almost no overtime, from 9 to 5. However, in the workplace, it is not okay to just watch videos with headphones, and sometimes I do come to work suddenly, so I have to give priority to completing the work, otherwise how can you feel at ease to get your salary here and not do anything? Therefore, my own assessment is that my time is enough, but not completely free.
Furthermore, I am more suitable for learning methods for listening to lectures. I can’t read a book by myself. It is precisely because I have some understanding of this that I will arrange to watch videos when I am free and when I cannot do my own things, arrange to do questions and organize notes, etc.

I generally don’t like to wake up early, but I don’t stay up late for and because I basically got rid of it the next day. My whole body is not as good as when I have a good rest.
is based on the above understanding that during the entire preparation period for the judicial examination, the time is basically from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., about an hour in the morning, sometimes listening to classes, sometimes making up for plans that were not completed yesterday. After work, I took questions and took notes eight hours after I went to work. When the leader was not completely free, I arranged classes for about four hours in the evening.

(2) Memory
I am a person who doesn’t like rote memorization, but according to the fact that I have passed by my fellow practitioners, there are quite a lot of things to remember in the judicial examination, and I must remember them accurately. Because there are quite a lot of points that are easy to confuse, it is not that we don’t know this knowledge point, and it is not difficult to understand what the judicial examination needs to understand. However, if several similar points in criminal prosecution and civil prosecution are mixed together to create options, if there is no accurate memory, it will usually be a pitfall. Volume 1 is also a major subject that requires a lot of memory and memorization.
There are many ways to strengthen memory. One is to do more questions, return to the analysis if you do something wrong, and have an impression based on understanding; the other is to review what you learned today every night, and think about it like playing a movie before going to bed; the third is to read morning or listen to the essence of memorization class; the fourth is to remember what you can’t remember, and you can only remember it by rote; the fifth is to supplement food, eat more nourishing brains, such as walnuts and other .
First of all, you cannot be afraid of memorizing and memorizing. Memorizing on the basis of understanding can reduce the workload of memorizing, and then repeat it again and again. I didn't get a high score this time, which was related to my inadequate memory, because I only did the test, listen to classes and make up for food. I missed the evening review and struggled with certain knowledge points that I had always emphasized.
(3) Body exercise
As the saying goes, the body is the capital of revolution. Without a healthy body, it is difficult to reach the end, or even if it passes, the body will be destroyed, isn’t it worth the loss?
When arranging close study and review, remember to leave some time to run, play ball, and switch to the mode. Sometimes you feel that you have less time to study after exercise, but some theories of energy management mention that after exercise, our energy increases, which will help us learn, remember and work better.
(4) When will you start preparing for the exam
of course the earlier you start, the better. But remember that you must have a plan to prepare for any annual exam, complete the plan for each stage and learn to adjust and relax in the middle. You can reward yourself with a small reward after completing a small stage. For example, I started to take the judicial examination in November 2016. After the CPA scores came out in early December, I knew that I could take the comprehensive examination next year. Then I realized that there is no age limit for comprehensive examinations, and it is not as effective as in the professional stage. Students who are concerned about the judicial examination know that they have been arguing about whether to apply for the illegal university. Based on the information I have collected myself, it is predicted that illegal books can still be registered for 2017, and there will be more uncertainty after 2018. Therefore, I decided to prepare for the examination and the CPA comprehensive next year. At the same time, after weighing the trade-offs, I also confirmed that the bottom line of passing the judicial examination in 2017 is to pass the judicial examination, but I will fight again in 2018. Since I still hope to pass both exams, I can’t pass them by surprise, so I started preparing in December 2016.
(5) Whether to enroll in the class
After I decided to take the 2017 judicial examination, I began to search for experience posts and ask friends who have taken the judicial examination, what books to buy, what class to enroll in, and how to prepare for the exam. According to a friend's suggestion, I first followed Sijin's criminal law course in December 2016, which was free. I wanted to learn civil law during the Spring Festival and bought the books, but the essence did not start.
Really uninterrupted preparations for the judicial examination were after the Spring Festival, around February and March. It was becoming increasingly clear that I would pass the 2017 exam, and I didn’t want to give up preparing for the CPA comprehensive exam. The CPA comprehensive exam was the final exam in August 2017, and the vocational exam was the mid-September exam, with the interval between too short. The most important thing in the exam was two months before the exam. Therefore, after comprehensive consideration, I decided to enroll in the class, and it was a personalized study class.After observations from December 2016 to March 2017, I followed Si Jin's free classes, and learned that he mainly brought on-the-job candidates with zero foundation, and the class was college students who passed the tutorial examination. They would develop a personal learning plan for and directly helped me screen out better famous teachers' classes. eliminated the link of collecting information and screening information . Therefore, in fact, my entire preparation process for the tutorial examination was followed by Si Jin's full class.
In July, the comprehensive and judicial examinations exams are getting closer and closer. I made sure that my original decision was correct. Because starting from mid-July 2017, I personally spent more time preparing for CPA comprehensiveness. At the same time, because of the supervision of the class teacher, I did not miss the judicial examination. The class teacher would help me filter which classes I had to listen to, which classes I couldn't listen to, which shorter courses could be used instead, etc. In mid-to-late August 2017, two weeks before I took the comprehensive examination, I basically stopped preparing for the judicial examination and only looked at the comprehensive information throughout the whole process. I am also a class teacher. After I finished the exam, I helped me quickly change to the judicial examination mode and encouraged me to try to sprint. After all, I also laid some foundations in March and July. Although it fell in August, if I didn’t try it, how can I know the result?
Whether to sign up for a class, what kind of class to sign up for? It is best to understand and compare yourself. Have a good foundation, have good self-awareness and good time, so there is no need to spend money to sign up for a class, make plans for yourself, or follow the tips of the Sijin free QQ group or official account, and prepare down-to-earth, and you will usually pass. There is no need to sign up for classes for those who have too little time, because whether they are applying for classes or not, it takes a certain amount of time to take the exam. Registration for classes in is just an external force of . Even if the course is compressed to the most essence, it still requires individuals to invest time to learn, memorize and do the questions. is not enrolled in a class, so there is no business of your own and you will pass the exam then. In addition, I think time is a flexible thing, the key is whether you are willing to invest that time to do that thing.
I have no regrets when I signed up for the Four Gold Class, because August is indeed precious and I need external support. After signing up for the class, we contacted more of the class teachers. I was very lucky to meet a very patient class teacher who shared his exam preparation experience with me, and adjusted my plan from my perspective and handed over our questions to the question-answer teacher in time. Some people question that Si Jin teaches eight courses alone, so he doesn’t have so much energy, and the quality is not much higher. In fact, the truth is that most of the time we spend listening to the famous teacher classes screened by him and his team. For knowledge points or subjects that students in our internal class generally have problems, there is currently no suitable famous teacher courses, and we will register the courses ourselves in a targeted manner. Also, at a certain time point, give some chicken soup, get chicken blood, and talk about what you should do in the next stage.

My favorite is the lessons that are taught in the post-sprint. We in-service candidates can listen to and remember on the way to and from get off work every day, and the class time is not long, which is the key point.
The issue of enrolling in a class should be thoughtful and careful. After making a decision, don’t think too much. Regardless of whether you sign up for a class or not, learn down-to-earth.
5. About books
Since I want to pass it at one time, I bought the books in the early stage without hesitation. I bought a lot of books in , but I basically didn’t read them much. The picture below is the books I bought. If I were asked to do it again, I would probably choose to only buy Mr. Bai Langtao’s criminal law guide, and print other course lecture notes directly to . The following points out three sets of books, which I have hardly touched after buying them.
(1) Three major books
Because he was a master of academic performance, although he was also an illegal book, he is a research-oriented person who can read books and study them very deeply. He learned almost the same in June and found an electronic version of the three major books online to study, so he recommended me to buy three major books. I bought them, and I haven't read them much yet.
(2) Question analysis and compilation
This is a look at how many people in the group bought it in a honeycomb. They thought it was a treasure, so they also bought it. At that time, they were particularly disliked the paper and ultra-thin ones. They went to the physical store of Xinhua Bookstore and checked it out and confirmed that the original version of the publisher was like this, so they did not return the product. I regret it the most, I should have entered this set. I thought I would use it in the later stage of the test, but I felt it was not very good, and I have never read it yet. Never enter! ! !
(3) Compilation of laws and regulations
At that time, I always thought I was very good, so I entered this set of books, wanting to read the basis of those laws. However, like the three major books, I couldn't calm down and study it carefully, but I didn't regret entering this set of books. I felt that it would be a good book for reference in the future. If you just want to pass the judicial examination, there is no need to enter.
6. About teacher
Regarding teacher selection, I didn’t put too much effort into it. I was following Sijin’s full class, and I basically listened to the class and studied according to the plan. Of course, sometimes it also exists if we can’t listen to a certain teacher’s class. In the past, when we were in school, we had only one teacher, and we had no choice but to adapt. However, during the judicial examination, there were actually many excellent teachers and many choices. Therefore, my approach is to and the planned teacher. If I don’t adapt, I will give feedback to the class teacher, ask if there are any other recommended teachers, and then ask him to give the link or I will find the class online to listen to one or two classes. Please remember that our ultimate goal is to pass the exam. The purpose of listening to famous teachers is to better master the knowledge points, not to complete those listening tasks. This is not suitable. Don’t force yourself to change to decisively.
The following are the teachers I have listened to during the exam preparation this year and their own feelings. They are subjective. My personal suggestion is to first find the 2017 class to try it out and find the teacher you are suitable for.
(1) Criminal Law
lesson : Four golds take reading class and "Criminal Law Strategy" rarr; Teacher Bai Langtao's "2017 Criminal Law Strategy" in Himalaya (it was added privately, it has nothing to do with the Four Golds, and the facts proved useless. I just listened to the later simplified version of the course and the title course, and I knew what knowledge points Teacher Bai would talk about) rarr; Teacher Xu Guanghua’s general rules and division courses (coordinated with lecture notes) rarr; Teacher Xu Guanghua’s summer intensive courses rarr; Post-sprint classes basic teachers Bai Langtao, Teacher Xu Guanghua and Liu Fengke all listened to
and felt : As a novices, you can first use the Four Golds and "Criminal Law Guide" to get started, and listen to Teacher Xu Guanghua’s later . I personally prefer Teacher Xu Guanghua’s lecture style. He doesn’t emphasize whose theory or viewpoints, and let us understand from a neutral perspective where the angles can we analyze this problem.
(2) Civil Law
Lesson: Zhong Xiuyong Teacher 2016 internal class rarr; Meng Xiangui 2017 intensive class
Feelings: Lao Zhong's class must be listened at twice the speed, because he really speaks very slowly, and Lao Zhong can talk about many life principles. I only listened to his internal class in 2016, and later arranged his class because he was preparing for the CPA comprehensive exam at the same time, and it was two weeks before the exam, so I didn't listen.
mentioned Lao Meng first, and he had to put up his lecture notes. The arrangement was really attentive, and two sets were also compiled, one set can be used directly as a lecture notes. After the knowledge points, there were one or two exercises, and the quality was good. Since I was preparing for the CPA Economic Law and Taxation Law before, I focused on civil law, and civil law was closely related to our lives, I am not too unfamiliar with civil law and it is also considered a bit basic.
The more important thing about the Civil Law is to establish a system framework , which seems to be no, and fall into the pit in minutes, and is still content. What makes Lao Meng very good is that when he teaches, the framework runs through the entire process of his lecture. Later, you will find that he revolves around those system frameworks. There is another way to prevent the loss of pitfalls, which is to do more questions and see the routines of the questions.
In addition, I did things beyond the internal class arrangements and bought Teacher Fang Zhiping’s "Civil Law Book" and his real questions.Because Teacher Fang was a question-setting person before, and his composition method was very useful, but because he had to keep up with the pace of the internal class, and he had been wandering around in May and June, Teacher Fang's book "Civil Law Treasure Book" was basically not moved. He only finished the 2016 real test collection later, and bought it in 2017 and had no time to do it later. I think the drawing composition method can be referenced, and there is no need to draw exquisitely. Just like the teacher’s book, just draw a simple picture and understand it yourself. When the relationship between characters in the civil law of is very complicated, it will be clear and good to draw the picture. If you don’t draw the picture, you may be surrounded by . Then what is waiting for you is the trick of the teacher who sets the question...
(3) Criminal prosecution
lesson : Zuo Ning teacher 2016’s internal intensive course rarr; Sijin internal class course ra rr; Chen Shaowen Teacher's Unicorn class rarr in 2016; Teacher Zuo Ning's class rarr in 2017; Teacher Xiang Gaojia's class rarr 2 hours before the exam
Feeling : I have followed three famous teachers and Sijin's classes, and Teacher Zuo Ning is the first one, so many of the mantras are basically with him. Later, I listened to Sijin's class and Unicorn Chen Shaowen's class in 2016, and took simple notes to deepen my memory. Finally, I followed Teacher Zuo Ning's class in 2017 and Teacher Xiang Gaojia's class 2 hours before the exam.
The classes of these teachers are good. I didn’t feel anything when I listened to Teacher Zuo Ning’s class for the first time, but I just remembered a few tips in a vague way. Sijin's internal class courses are very hard and are particularly targeted for the judicial examination. Teacher Chen Shaowen's characteristics are that the focus is prominent. The unicorn class is not long. He teaches one or two knowledge points in ten minutes, and basically has a formula. This is something that he understands and remembers after listening to Teacher Zuo Ning's internal intensive class in 2016. Finally, he listens to Teacher Zuo Ning's class, and it becomes much clearer.
When he came into contact with Teacher Xiang Gaojia, he was already in the sprint stage. His two hours before the exam were quite exquisite. Moreover, he was a singer who was delayed by the judicial examination. He often inserted inspirational songs he covered in the official account articles. The key was that he sang well. During that last time, he liked to listen to his songs when he was depressed. After saying so much, I returned to the topic. I did the final question-taking part of Teacher Gaojia very carefully. After joining his QQ group, I listened to the points he felt that it was possible to set the questions later and attached the corresponding questions, and also predicted how to take the fourth test.
(4) Civil Litigation
Lesson : Teacher Dai Peng rarr; Teacher Zhang Jinde
Feeling : Speaking of civil litigation, it is Boss Dai's territory. The arrangement is basically the same as criminal litigation. I listened to Boss Dai's class two to three times, and listened to Teacher Zhang Jinde's class in the middle. Boss Dai's lectures are very clear, and some points are easily confused with criminal prosecution. He will also point them out and teach the methods of distinction.
(5) Administrative Law
Lesson : Teacher Li Jia rarr; Xu Jingui Teacher
Feelings : When it comes to Teacher Li Jia, he wants to laugh. His lecture is funny, and the examples given by Administrative Law are particularly vivid and vivid. Since administrative law itself is not difficult, and the administrative law I learned when I was preparing for the tax accountant exam before was basically the same, so for me, it is not difficult to learn. The questions I practiced during the tax accountant exam before were also corrected from the judicial examination. Administrative law is not difficult for novices with zero foundation. As long as you understand what administrative subjects, administrative counterparts are, abstract administrative behaviors, specific administrative behaviors, and then distinguish between administrative reconsideration and administrative litigation, the basic administrative law will be finished.
I have listened to only Teacher Li Jia carefully. After listening to his class twice, Teacher Xu Jingui passed it quickly in the later stage. Si Jin originally arranged Teacher Shu Yang's class. It was mid-August and was in the critical stage of CPA. Given that I am still sure about administrative law, I chose not to listen and I was not good at commenting on other teachers. According to the feedback from our friends in the group, many of the points that Teacher Shu Yang said were the side feet that we did not specifically mention during our class before listening to Teacher Li Jia, which is equivalent to checking for omissions and filling in the gaps and learning more deeply.
(6) Three Kingdoms Law
Lesson : Teacher Li Yuelong rarr; Teacher Yang Fan
Feelings : Although Teacher Yang Fan has always been named the Queen of the Three Kingdoms Law, I personally prefer Teacher Li Yuelong's lessons.The public law of the Three Kingdoms is fine. International Economic Law has been learned before, but I have not learned international private law well. The main reason is that I have not remembered what situations need to be remembered and which national law applies. Therefore, no matter which teacher's lesson you listen to, the international private law part of the Three Kingdoms Law still needs to be memorized and then done the questions, so the effect should be better.
(7) Theoretical method
Lesson : Bai Bin teacher rarr; Chen Luqiong rarr; Sijin
Feelings: Listen to Teacher Bai Bin before enrolling in the Fourth Jin class. Some people said that they could not learn the basics. They should first listen to the theoretical method, know what the law is, and then start practicing criminals and civilians. Therefore, I chose the most essence of the unicorn and listened to the theoretical method. Then there was Si Jin arranged to listen to Teacher Chen Luqiong's theory around August, and then Si Jin taught internal class courses. Because the theory is not difficult, both famous teachers can do the classes. Because Teacher Bai Bin has many teaching institutions, he needs to choose a short version.
(8) Commercial law, socialist legal theory, legal history
Commercial law course : Teacher Xie Pengen 2016 Three School System Intensified Class Commercial Law Rarr; Yan Mengxuan Teacher

Feeling : Since the foundation of commercial law itself is OK, I just listened to Xixi's class carefully. The class Yan Mengxuan listened to later was fast forward, and it felt almost the same. Listening to lectures in socialist legal theory is of no use, you still have to memorize and do questions. I didn’t spend much time listening to the Four Golds of the Legal History. Anyway, I didn’t spend that time to remember the cost-effectiveness.
3. Difficulties encountered
(1) The comprehensive examination was at the end of August and the judicial examination was in mid-September. The two were very close, and the two exams were different. The month before the comprehensive examination was a time when my relationship with the class teacher was quite tense. He tried his best to ensure the time for me to prepare for the judicial examination. After all, it was a month before the comprehensive examination. My focus was on the comprehensive examination, and even two weeks before the comprehensive examination, only looking at the comprehensive examination. After the exam, I still felt uneasy that day, but I knew I had to switch to the CS exam. I gave myself two days to put away all the comprehensive items and sorted out the information for the next half month to sprint for the judicial examination. To be honest, then the conversion is a challenge for me. I need to quickly clear or put the comprehensive knowledge aside, leave room and seize the time to memorize it. If I do it again, maybe I will still take the risk of trying it, but I personally don’t recommend this option, and it may be that both of them will be lost. If you are preparing for one or two subjects in the CPA professional stage after the exam, it is a good choice. There is one month to prepare for the exam.
(2) is particularly repulsive to a certain knowledge point and cannot learn it. For example, when international private law, you understand it when listening to the class, and then do the questions. If you are wrong, remember the reason for the mistake. When you see it, you will see that you have done it before. You will definitely choose the answer at that time. After closer inspection, you will see that there are some changes, but you will not choose that one. There are also the opinions of criminal law. After learning about the knowledge of nearly ten courses in the next one, it is difficult to make up for it later.
Everyone has times when it is difficult for them to accept certain knowledge, and everyone has different ways of thinking. Some difficulties are common and some are individual.
