Dongyue Temple Fair is the highlight of the annual event. At 9:30 am on April 19, the Daimiao scenic area was filled with lights and gongs and drums, and tourists were crowded with people, which was particularly festive. Amid the lively sound, the 2019 Dongyue Temple Fair opened at the Daimiao Scenic Area, conveying a strong folk festival atmosphere.
Opening ceremony, collectors from Dongping also donated 5 ancient crow pills that they had collected for many years to Tai'an Museum. At the same time, on the morning of the 19th, the Tang Huaiyuan of Daimiao held an ancient crowing scene reproduction event. Shanghai Crowing Site Garden and foreign golf representatives experienced ancient Chinese golf on the spot, recreating the historical scene of crowing Site.
Dai Temple is equipped with Tianmen, and Han Meilin Painting Exhibition takes Han Meilin's animal-themed paintings as the core. It has selected 68 groups of artistic works in categories such as painting, calligraphy, folk crafts, etc. to reflect the artist's understanding and inheritance of traditional skills, traditional styles, and traditional aesthetics, and presents Han Meilin's artistic creation and exploration process from different angles. This is the first time that the series of works by art master Mr. Han Meilin has been exhibited in our province. In the morning, professionals from Hangzhou Han Meilin Art Museum demonstrated woodblock printing to the audience on the spot, interacted with tourists, and tourists could make their own works by themselves.

Dai Temple Tang Huaiyuan holds local opera exhibitions and special operas. During the temple fair, representative local operas and sub-shows will be performed for citizens and tourists in a variety of colorful programs. In the bedroom area behind the Dai Temple, Taishan Tea Expo gathers 50 tea houses in various types from north to south. The tea fighting arena was opened at the Taishan Tea Expo. Those who participated in the tea fighting each gave their famous teas and took turns to taste them to determine the outcome.
In recent years, with the Dongyue Temple Fair as a platform, the exchange of tourism, folk customs and culture between Mount Tai, Tai'an and Taiwan has continued to deepen.
