In recent years, in order to further improve the urban and rural public cultural service system, improve the long-term mechanism for coordinating urban and rural cultural development, improve the cultural taste of the city, create a city business card, optimize the lives of urban residents, build a cultural landscape and green ecological barrier, and make the ecological bigger and stronger, the county party committee and county government rely on the Beishan Landscape Ecological Control Plan of Xuanyuan Cultural Industry Park, starting from 2012, the Xuanyuan Lake Park and Beishan Ecological Park were successively built on the north bank of the county town of Niutou River , and the national fitness park construction project was launched in 2017.
It is reported that the National Fitness Park Construction Project is an important people's livelihood project in the county, and it is also a major construction project of to build beautiful, happy and fresh water, and improve urban functions. The design is based on national fitness and is based on green ecology. It covers a total area of about 40,000 square meters. It is planned to build 5 new basketball courts, 1 volleyball court, 5 badminton courts, 1 gate court, 1 cage football court, 8 table tennis courts, 1 parking lot, 1 children's activity venue 1,200 square meters, 45 groups of fitness equipment, 2 toilets and management rooms, 3 new pedestrian landscape bridges along Niutou River, 4.9 kilometers of Beishan Trail, a green area of 22,500 square meters, and supporting infrastructure for drainage, lighting, lighting and lighting. The total estimated investment of the project is 37.0685 million yuan. Up to now, the project has completed the construction of ecological waterways, management houses, park road infrastructure, park micro-terrain finishing, greening tree planting, venue foundation and fence installation, 5.4 kilometers of Beishan Trail, and three footbridges have officially started construction. The completion of this project is of great significance to improving the ecological environment of Beishan, expanding the county town space, improving urban functions, shaping new highlights of the city, improving the layout of Xuanyuan cultural industry, building ecological clear water, promoting the good and rapid development of national fitness exercises in the county, and promoting the development of the tourism industry.
