Recently, the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration issued a quality announcement on cosmetic supervision and random inspection in the second quarter of 2015, and 4 batches of products appeared on the unqualified list.
According to the announcement, in order to strengthen the quality supervision and management of cosmetics, standardize market order, and ensure the quality and safety of cosmetic products used by the people, the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration implemented quality supervision and random inspections of the production, operation and use units of Shanghai's cosmetics in the second quarter of 2015, with a total of 1,171 items.
The unqualified samples disclosed this time involved the entrusted party (manufacturer), the product name and the unqualified items are:
Shanghai Jialibao Cosmetics Co., Ltd. Kaiduo Guangying three-dimensional eyeliner PK-1 (special 2.5ml/piece batch number 20170522AA), the acrylamide project is unqualified;
Shanghai Jiaoran Biotechnology Co., Ltd. Jinoole Crystal Extract Water Dynamic Skin Water (special 120ml/box batch number OA21A), the clobetasol propionate project is unqualified;
Shanghai Dongling Beauty and Skin Products Co., Ltd. Aixin Erosé Essence Mask (special 25g×5 tablets/box) Batch number EI2301), the betamethasone project is unqualified;
, Shanghai Chuanren Health and Cosmetics Factory Co., Ltd., Han Huihong Pomegranate Multi-Effect Repair Essential Oil Hair Mask (Specification 900g/bottle Batch number SF01), the methanol project is unqualified.
At present, each sampling unit has investigated and dealt with cosmetics that fail the quality supervision sampling inspection in accordance with the law.
