Yu Yankeshi:
In the Eastern Han Dynasty, there was a man named Yu Yan. His courtesy name was Zida and he was from Chenliu Donghun (now Henan). When he was appointed as the magistrate of Xiyang County, he paid great attention to influence and rarely used severe punishments. Every year, Fu La will let them go home and reunite with their families.
The prisoners were therefore grateful for other kindness and were able to return to prison on time, even those who were seriously ill after returning home were no exception. Five dynasties Li Han wrote in "Meng Qiu": "Yu Yankeqi, Sheng Ji cried." Chu Waist: According to legend, during the Spring and Autumn Period, King Ling of Chu liked women with thin waists, and the women in the country tied their waists. Later, he used "Chu waist" to call a woman a slender waist, and also refers to a beautiful woman with a thin waist. In the poem "Gived to Yuanzai Singing Girl" by Yang Yan, the Tang Dynasty, wrote: "The jade mountain is covered with green steps without dust, and the waist of the Chu is like a willow that cannot surpass spring."
