After winning the "King of Silence" in the 2021 China Production Car Performance Competition Sound Isolation and Noise Reduction Competition, Teana once again won the award in the quiet performance category of the vehicle, verifying its unremitting pursuit of vehicle manufacturing quality.
China Automotive Research Institute's "Quiet Star" certification aims at the quiet performance of the entire vehicle and builds a more stringent and multi-dimensional evaluation system based on national standards. It simulates the internal and external noise environment of the vehicle in the laboratory to comprehensively test the quietness level of the entire vehicle. .
For this certification, professional tests were carried out in semi-anechoic laboratories and mixing rooms to measure the vehicle noise reduction coefficient and sound source sensitivity index at key locations of the vehicle. In the vehicle sound insulation measurement, Teana achieved a sound insulation score that exceeded the highest certification standard in the main and passenger seats where consumers experience the most obvious noise interference. ; in the vehicle noise transfer function test, Teana's front cabin, exhaust pipe and other key noise parts, sound source sensitivity index have reached the highest certification level .
