DPP Taoyuan mayor candidate Lin Zhijian was involved in plagiarism suspicions. Chinese Kuomintang Taipei City Councilor Wang Hongwei disclosed on July 5 that the full text of Lin Zhijian's master's thesis at Taiwan's Chung Hwa University was 49 pages. Only 7 pages were not copied. According to Taiwan media reports, Wang Hongwei pointed out again on the 6th that she did not expect that even these 7 pages were still being copied. She said that after finding another piece of Lin Zhijian's "plagiarism puzzle", the plagiarism rate of the paper has reached as high as 94.1%.

Wang Hongwei said that yesterday it was revealed that Lin Zhijian's master's thesis of the National Chung Hwa University in Taiwan, "Using the TCSI model to evaluate the satisfaction of residents outside a certain science park," published in July 2008, only 7 of the 49 pages in the book are consistent with the Hsinchu Science Park Administration ( The report "Assessing Public Satisfaction of Hsinchu Science Park Using the TCSI Model" concluded by the Bamboo Science Park Management Bureau on June 20, 2008 is different. However, I want to "apologise" for this because the 7 pages of content that I thought were not plagiarized were actually Plagiarizing other articles, today we want to expose the "last piece of the puzzle" of Lin Zhijian's plagiarism case.

Ling Tao, a candidate for Taoyuan City Council of the Chinese Kuomintang, added that Lin Zhijianshuo's article also involved plagiarism of the content of Volume 41, Issue 12 of "Quality Monthly" in December 2005, including Chinese and English punctuation marks, charts, and words that are all the same. Lin Zhijianshuo A total of 25,129 words out of 26,700 words were plagiarized from other articles, and the plagiarism rate increased from 87.8% to 94.1%.

Ling Tao questioned that Lin Zhijian claimed that the master's degree was a collaboration with the Bamboo Science Management Bureau. "Is it possible that he traveled through time and space to collaborate with "Quality Monthly"?" and removed the so-called "citation" part of the Democratic Progressive Party, Lin Zhijian wrote the article himself. Only 5.9% is left, and it is difficult to convince outsiders to question this proportion. Ling Tao emphasized that the Chinese Kuomintang defended the "Copyright Law" and academic ethics. Taoyuan citizens also look forward to mayoral candidates with integrity and character, and asked the DPP to stop being a "pet team" that insists on escorting.

Wang Hongwei shouted, welcoming Lin Zhijian’s lawsuit and hoping that the court would hear it as soon as possible. She criticized Lin Zhijian's lawsuit as a political move. Both papers had plagiarism facts, and the plagiarism rate was very high. She should face the doubts from the outside world that the papers were suspected of plagiarism.
