Promote the utilization and revitalization of vacant houses and tax revenue.
In addition, the Kuomintang also suggested that the Tsai administration should clearly define the "basic living standards" for rental housing, "fire safety" building standards should be governed by the Housing Law, and conduct irregular inspections of objects; the "Ministry of the Interior" should publicly commit to 30 billion this time All Yuan rental subsidy information is open and transparent. Lin Jiaxing said that the black market for rental housing has been prevalent in Taiwan for a long time. Even if the authorities provide landlords with a monthly "tax exemption" of 15,000 yuan, only 55,000 households have applied for it; but the housing fund currently has an annual deficit of 2.4 billion to 2.9 billion, and now it has become 30 billion, where will the funding gap come from?
Lin Jiaxing believes that the rent subsidy policy promoted by the Tsai administration cannot effectively spread to the target group. It is just a "pre-election policy to buy votes", a waste of taxpayers' money, and cannot really solve the problem.
