Although Li Liqing, the current Wantan Township representative, won the Democratic Progressive Party's Wantan Township chief primary election, the defeated township representative Jian Tianping recently reported to the county party headquarters that Li Liqing was involved in a public grain fraud case and was sentenced in the first instance.
