Qualifications for trial assistants

Qualifications for trainee judge assistants and clerks
(1) Have the necessary political quality and theoretical level to perform job duties, have a strong sense of professionalism and responsibility, be in good health, be diligent and dedicated, and be able to bear hardships and stand hard work;
(2) Judge assistant Should have a bachelor's degree or above in national education law, or a junior college degree in a related major and engage in legal work for more than 2 years; clerks are required to have a junior college degree or above, with priority in law;

Recruitment Procedures
recruitment is carried out according to the procedures of organizational registration, qualification review, written examination, interview, inspection, physical examination, public announcement and other procedures.
(1) Registration
1. Registration time: The registration time for is from the date of announcement to March 25, 2019.
2. Registration method: Applicants are required to truthfully fill in the registration form (see attachment), register by mail (the registration time is subject to the postmark) or submit relevant materials on-site. This recruitment does not accept online submission of resumes.

(3) Written test and interview
The written test is determined according to the position applied for. The judge's assistant focuses on the application of legal knowledge, and the clerk focuses on the computer operation level. The
interview focuses on the applicant's legal thinking ability, oral expression ability, reaction ability, analysis and problem-solving ability, comprehensive coordination ability, instrumentation, etc.
Those who will participate in the physical examination will be determined comprehensively based on their personal performance.
(4) Physical examination
The physical examination will be organized by this hospital. The physical examination standards and related requirements shall be implemented in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)".
(5) Inspection
For candidates who have passed the physical examination, an inspection team will be formed by the Nanning Intermediate People's Court to inspect the identified inspection objects. If the inspection work cannot be carried out normally due to the reasons of the inspection subject and the unit where he/she works, the qualification of the inspection subject will be cancelled. Based on the assessment of the candidates, the Nanning Intermediate People's Court Party Committee will make comprehensive decisions to determine the candidates.
