1. Thin-walled stainless steel pipe clamp pressure connection

. Use a pipe cutter to cut the pipe vertically. After cutting, remove the burrs inside and outside the pipe mouth and round it.

. Place the rubber ring into the U-shaped groove of the pipe fitting and do not use any lubricant.

. Mark the insertion length mark L on the end of the pipe.

. When inserting the pipe into the pipe fitting, ensure that the net distance L1 from the scribing mark to the end face of the pipe fitting socket is within 2mm. The rubber ring must not be damaged, twisted or displaced during this process. The constant pressure generated by the crimping tool causes the shape of the pipe fittings and pipes to be slightly deformed to achieve the required connection strength. At the same time, the sealing ring is compressed and deformed to achieve the sealing effect.

2. UPVC pipe socket connection

. Based on the measured socket depth L, draw an insertion depth mark on the end of the pipe. Before bonding, the socket should be inserted and tested first, with a depth of L1=3/4L.

. The socket should be flush, remove the internal and external protrusions of the port, mill the outer edge with an angle of α=10~30 degrees, and the wall thickness e=0.3~0.5en (pipe wall thickness).

. Before applying adhesive , the surface should be roughened and cleaned. There should be no dust, water or oil on the surface. When applying adhesive, the socket should be applied first and then the spigot. When applying the spigot, the adhesive should be applied evenly within the L range. The coated pipe should be quickly inserted to the marked position L at one time and then rotated 90 degrees. The entire process should be within 20 To be completed within 30 seconds. Excess adhesive should be removed promptly after completion. And let it sit until the interface solidifies according to the adhesive performance and climatic conditions.

3. Plastic pipe electrofusion connection

.Hot melt connectionAfter cooling, the welding joint forms a uniform and smooth welding ring, and the height of the welding ring should be 1~ 4mm, the width should be 4~8mm.

. The connection end of the electrofusion connection pipe should be cut vertically. The dirt on the connection part should be wiped with a clean cotton cloth, and a special tool should be used to scrape off the skin of the connection part. Before powering on, mechanical devices should be used to fix the pipe sections at the connection parts to maintain straightness and roundness.

4. cast iron pipe stainless steel clamp connection

. The pipe cut section is clean and smooth, without flying spurs. Clean the dirt, debris, sediment and other attachments on the internal and external surfaces.

. Loosen the clamp bolt, take out the rubber sealing ring , and insert the clamp into the pipe or pipe fitting at one end of the interface.

. Put a rubber sealing ring on the end of the pipe so that the inner retaining ring of the rubber sealing ring is tightly combined with the pipe mouth, and flip the upper part of the rubber ring.

. Insert the pipe to be connected into the overturned rubber ring sealing ring. After adjusting the position, reset the flipped rubber ring, straighten the position of the pipe, and clean the outer surface of the rubber sealing ring. Place the clamp over the sealing ring.

. Alternately tighten the clamp fastening bolts.

5. Steel pipe thread connection

. The processing of threads should be straight, clear, complete and smooth, and there should be no burrs, broken wires or missing wires. The total length must not exceed 10% of the thread length. The number of processing times ranges from 1 to 4 times. Pipe diameters of 15 to 32 mm should be applied twice; pipe diameters of 40 to 50 mm should be applied 3 times; pipe diameters above 70 mm should be applied 3 to 4 times. When

. is threaded to connect , the filler should be white thick lacquered hemp silk or tetrafluoroethylene raw material tape. Tighten it once clockwise in the winding direction, and do not twist it back. There will be 2 to 3 turns of thread left after tightening; domestic water supply is not allowed. Use white thick paint; liquid raw material tape is not recommended.

. After the pipeline is connected to , clean the filler squeezed out of the thread. The filler must not be squeezed into the tube cavity to avoid blocking the pipeline. At the same time, anti-corrosion treatment should be carried out on the exposed threads; anti-corrosion paint should extend to 1cm outside the thread. , into a neat ring shape.

6. Galvanized steel pipe clamp connection

1. Cut the steel pipe to the required length, and the incision should be smooth without burrs. It should be kept horizontal and at 90° to the driving wheel baffle of the grooving machine. During grooving, the groove should be prefabricated continuously and gradually as required.

2. Put the rubber ring into the end of the steel pipe, being careful not to damage the rubber ring. Align another steel pipe with the pipe, leaving a certain gap between the two steel pipes. Move the rubber ring and adjust the position of the rubber ring so that the distance between the rubber ring and the grooves of the steel pipes on both sides is equal. At the end of the pipe and the rubber ring Apply lubricant.

3. Fasten the upper and lower clamps to the sealing rubber ring, and ensure that the convex edge of the clamp is stuck into the groove; press the ears of the upper and lower clamps with your hands to make the upper and lower clamps close and insert the bolts. The elliptical neck at the root of the bolt enters the elliptical hole of the clamp. Use the wrench to tighten the nut evenly and synchronously, making sure that all the convex edges of the clamp are in the groove.
