This project is a villa with lake view, with a close distance between buildings and adjacent to the building to the south. Outside the north courtyard is Dushu Lake , so the center of gravity of the space is moved to the north and you can enjoy the unique lake view ecology. The owner has contacted other decoration companies before, but the design effect is not satisfactory, and refuses to be the same and strives to be extraordinary. By chance, he found us and entrusted us to design.
Usually, the couple live with their two daughters, and the elders occasionally live temporarily. Based on the preferences of the residents, they interpret the heavy industrial style that the female owner likes, and turn the basement into a forest-like club, hoping to hold parties often to entertain guests. The three-story private space upstairs is a light-colored minimalist style, with bright and simple visual aesthetics and a quiet atmosphere in the details, which fits the needs and expresses the residents' yearning and love for life.
