Construction quality control points
1. The variety and color of the paint meet the design requirements, and the bonding strength of the putty used in the coating project complies with the relevant provisions of the current national standards;
2. Before the construction of the coating project, the base layer should be inspected, cleaned, and defect repaired;
3. The concrete or plastered base layer of a new building should be coated with alkali-resistant sealing primer before the coating is painted;
4. The loose old decoration layer should be removed before the old wall is painted, and the interface agent should be applied;
5. The ceiling and wall base should be dry. When applying solvent-based coating , the moisture content of the base layer shall not be greater than 8% When applying emulsion-based coating, the moisture content of the base layer shall not be greater than 10%, and the moisture content of the wood base layer shall not be greater than 12%;
6. The pH value of the base layer shall not be greater than 10;
7. The temperature at the construction site should be between 5-35℃, and ventilation and dust prevention should be paid attention to;
8. The treatment of the base layer should be full of putty, sandpaper should be polished, the surface should be smooth, and the line angle should be straight;
9. The paint should be stirred evenly before use and used up within the specified time;
10. The coating construction should be carried out according to the requirements of "primary coating, intermediate coating, and surface coating". The construction of the subsequent coating material must be carried out after the surface of the coating material was dried;
11. General methods of coating construction:
① Rolling method: First move the wool roller dipped in the paint liquid to roughly apply the paint on the base layer in W, and then roll it back and forth with the wool roller that does not dipped in the paint liquid to close the upper and lower layers, left and right, so that the paint liquid can be evenly spread on the base layer. Finally, use the wool roller dipped in the paint liquid to roll it all over in a certain direction. The wool angle and upper and lower mouths should be painted with a brush;
② Spraying method: spray gun pressure should be controlled in the range of 0.4~0.8MPa. When spraying, the spray gun should be perpendicular to the wall. The distance should be about 500mm and move parallel at a uniform speed. The overlapping width of the two rows should be controlled at 1/3 of the spray width;
③ Brushing method: It should be carried out in the order of left first, right first, up first, then down, difficult first, then easy, and side first.
Base treatment
1. The base putty should be firm, solid, and without powder, clean surface, dust, cracking, powder, sand, no hollow, no peeling, no lime burst points, no old coating with poor adhesion, no oil marks, no rust spots, no mold spots, no salt precipitates, no moss and other pollution and debris;
2. The base layer should have a flat surface, vertical facade, vertical yin and yang angles, square, no missing edges and corners;
3. Latex paint should be uniformly decorated, firmly bonded, consistent color, flat surface, delicate touch, neat and no pollution;
4. Latex paint has no leakage, no brush marks, no skin, no drops, no pimples, no sand holes, no rust, no bottoms, no bottoms, no paint, no leakage, no sand holes, no rust, no bottoms , No color change, no color bite, no alkaline spreading, etc.;

8. The allowable deviation of the base layer quality: the surface is flat 2mm, the Yin-yang angle is vertical 2mm, the Yin-yang angle is square 2mm, and the facade is vertical 3mm.

1, wall base processing
(1)Materials and tools: 200 mesh sandpaper, oil stone or angle grinder ;
(2) First check the base layer, remove the floating particles and residue on the surface to ensure that the surface is clean, no loose matter, and no moisture;
(3) Carry out comprehensive repair of fine cracks, sand holes, and small corners on the surface to be damaged;
(4) For the repair, use coarse sandpaper to ensure that the texture and large area are consistent after repair, and clean the floating ash to ensure that the finish layer and the base layer are firmly combined.
acceptance criteria: the surface is firm, no loose matter, no cracks, clean and dry, no dampness, no sand holes, no hollows, no mortar bumps, no obvious concave and convex parts, etc., no oil stains, floating ash and other pollutants.
2. Scrape and apply moisture-proof putty twice
(1) Use waterproof putty to scrape on the crack-resistant layer mortar for leveling. The putty must be compatible with crack-resistant mortar . It is best to use the same company's products. Otherwise, different expansion and contraction will lead to cracks of different sizes in real stone paint .
(2) Putty should be prepared on site, stir evenly, in the shape of toothpaste, and should be used up in one go after preparation. Dilution ratio, powder, water = 100-20~29, that is, add 5~7.25 kg of water to each bag of 25 kg of powder. It must be prevented from rain, hot sunlight and frost within at least 12 hours after construction. The construction temperature is 5-35 degrees and the relative humidity of the air is 75%. (3), apply putty evenly on the base surface with a spatula, and control the thickness of each batch coating to within 0.8mm, apply 1-2 channels. The second channel should be coated only after the first channel is completely dry.
(4) After the putty is dry and polished until there are no scratches on the surface, and remove floating ash. The surface flatness deviation should be controlled within 2mm.
(5) Only after the putty is dried can the next process be carried out.

3. Rolling anti-alkali primer
(1) After the surface of the base layer is treated, it should be carefully checked to confirm that it meets the requirements. After the moisture content of the base layer is less than 10%, the base layer wall sealing primer is carried out;
(2) Before the base layer bottom sealing, the doors, windows, air conditioning brackets and other metal parts should be wrapped and covered, and the overall spraying is completed to prevent pollution and rust;
(3) Before the base layer sealing primer is constructed, the base layer must be diluted strictly in accordance with the dilution ratio specified by the product. Note that the primer should be fully stirred during dilution to ensure uniformity;
(4) The primer can be applied after the putty is dry;
(5) After applying the primer for 4-6 hours, the next process will be entered; acceptance standards: spray evenly, no leakage, no leakage, no sagging.
4. Grid seam line
divides the wall according to the requirements. When dividing grids, divides the grids from top to bottom from the entire side of the single body at the same time to ensure that the corresponding gray seams around the four sides are on the same horizontal line. All vertical gray seams are parallel to each other and plumb to ensure that the gray seams are horizontal and vertical.
acceptance criteria: the lines are horizontal and vertical, the double parallel lines are consistent in width and narrow, and clear.
5. Brush lattice joint lattice joint
uses lattice joint mattress paint to apply lattice joints. In order to ensure that there is no exposed bottom of the lattice joint, the brush width of the lattice joint can be appropriately wider than the design to ensure that the lattice joint paint is full within the width range of the lattice joint.
acceptance standard: the paint should be horizontal and vertical, with the width and narrowness, and the depth and shallowness. The inner partition joints should be full, with clear effects, without exposing the bottom, no peeling, and no pollution to other parts.
6. Secondary elastic line of the partition seam
Since the first elastic line of the partition seam has been covered after applying the partition seam paint, in order to make the tape partition line straight, the secondary elastic line is only necessary to pop out the side line of the partition seam.
7. When pasting the partition seam textured paper
textured paper, just align it with the second partition seam line.
acceptance standard: the textured paper is firmly pasted, tightly and straight, and does not damage the grid lines or does not stick to the damaged joint paint.
8. Spraying of real stone paint
(1) Real stone paint should be diluted strictly according to the dilution ratio specified by the product. When diluting, the real stone paint should be fully stirred to ensure uniformity;
(2) When spraying, it is constructed in sequence from top to bottom;
(3) During construction, the paint should be connected to the grid line or window sleeves, etc. to avoid color difference at the joint;
(4) When different real stone paints are constructed, one should be waited first when constructing different real stone paints. The construction of the real stone paint of another color can only be carried out after the construction is completed and the surface is dry. During construction, another color of real stone paint must be protected and prevent pollution;
(5) Before use, the real stone paint must be thoroughly stirred, and the barrel cover should be tightly covered between the construction gap to prevent the paint from being crusted;
(6) is constructed by the spraying method, and trial spraying must be carried out before construction to determine the nozzle, working pressure, spray gun movement speed and other construction factors to ensure the application quality and effect.
acceptance standard: uniform spraying, consistent thickness, consistent color, uniform particle dot shape, uniform size, meet the requirements, no bottom exposed, no leaking spray, no flow drops, etc., no accumulation of materials at the corners, and no pollution of doors, windows, glass and other parts.
9. Real stone paint polishing
Real stone paint polishing Before spraying the waterproof protective film, ordinary 400-600 mesh sandpaper must be used to grind off the floating sand and the sharp angles of the dry-transparent coating surface to increase the beauty of the natural real stone paint surface, and at the same time ensure the complete coverage of the protective film. Do not use too much force, otherwise it will damage the paint film and cause looseness of the bottom. In severe cases, it will cause poor adhesion and fall off the real stone paint.
10. Tear and peel the lattice textured paper
(1) Before tearing and peeling the tape, use paper cutter to cut the tape at the vertical and horizontal junction, and cut the vertical tape in the direction parallel to the horizontal tape to avoid the real stone paint falling off when tearing and peeling the tape;
(2) Remove the paper time, and remove the paper time, the faster the better, and try to shorten the time to avoid the surface of the real stone paint being crusted and damaged.

11. After the tape is torn and peeled off, the ash joints are sorted and renovated to ensure that the ash joints are straight and have a uniform width and narrow. During repair, secondary pollution should be avoided.
12. Rolling dustproof cover topcoat
(1) After the construction of the real stone topcoat, the coating surface is hard and dry for more than 24 hours on sunny days, and the drying time should be extended on rainy days before the topcoat spraying is carried out;
(2) topcoat should be diluted strictly in accordance with the dilution ratio specified by the product, and pay attention to fully stirring during dilution to ensure uniformity;
(3) Rolling coating construction should be constructed in sequence from the top to the bottom;
(4) During construction, the coating should be connected to the grid line or window sleeves, etc. to avoid color difference at the joint;
