1. Installation requirements for boiler induced draft fan:

1. After the fan is installed, move the rotor by hand or lever to check whether there is excessive tightness or bumps, and try to operate without these phenomena.

2. When the outlet is installed at a certain angle, proper rotation of the rear plate can keep the plate in a horizontal position, and the flange surfaces № 8 ~ 12 of angle steel should remain horizontal.

3. When installing the induced draft fan, the weight of the gas pipeline should not be added to the casing. The size of the gap between the air inlet and the impeller should be corrected according to the drawings, and the horizontal position of the shaft should be maintained.

4. When installing the air intake pipe , you can directly use the bolts of the air inlet itself to connect it. The air inlet is fixed with three countersunk head screws .

5. When installing a № 8 ~ 12d fan, use a dial indicator and a ruler to measure the coaxiality of the fan main shaft and the motor shaft as well as the non-parallelism of the two end surfaces of the coupling . The tolerance of non-parallelism between the two axes is 0.05 mm and the tolerance of non-parallelism of the two end faces of the coupling is 0.1 mm

6. After the motor is installed, install the pulley or coupling guard. If the air inlet is not connected to the air inlet pipe, a protective net or other safety device (provided by the user) needs to be added. Other components are installed according to the drawings.

2. After installing the boiler induced draft fan, you need to check these:

1. Check whether there are tools and debris that have fallen into the casing and other casings.

2. If there are bolt positioning pins on the joint surface, install the positioning pins first, and then tighten the bolts.

3. Some joint surfaces should be coated with grease or engine oil to prevent rust and reduce the difficulty of disassembly.
