Temperature of Love
The owner of this case is a post-90s girl who returned from studying in the UK. She bought this house with the support of her family. Her parents don’t live there all the time. They come here to play and live here occasionally. For a few days, it is basically a state of living alone.
Therefore, the functional form and the given needs of the space are all based on the preferences and lifestyle of the young ladies. The design turned the original three bedrooms into two bedrooms + cloakroom. Girls always have "no clothes to wear" In this state, a large cloakroom is essential, as well as an open kitchen, connected living and dining space, separate storage space, master bedroom with bathroom, etc.
The original house in this case was a second-hand house, and the original decoration style of the house was outdated. It doesn’t suit the aesthetics of young people, so we decided to transform it. As for
homeowners, they are relatively tolerant of decoration and design styles, and they also like many elements. Therefore, throughout the design, we extracted different elements from various styles, integrated them into it, and found a balance point to create a comfortable home that truly meets our hearts and addresses our needs.
There are defects:
1. The entrance wall is visible, and the entrance space is cut, which is wasteful and lacks integrity;
2. The kitchen space is cramped and cannot meet the needs of the homeowner to the maximum extent;
3. The corridor corner space is not fully utilized

1. Remove the wall facing the entrance, borrow part of the entrance space, and extend the kitchen
2. The kitchen and entrance are processed in the form of glass partitions to connect two different functional areas
3. By building new walls and enclosing part of the aisle space, the purpose of storage is achieved
4. The non-standard space is customized on-site to improve the facade, making the entire space more coordinated
Porch space
The original entrance hall is a long A strip space is divided into two areas by the wall. Here, we made optimizations, removed partition walls, opened up the space, and improved utilization and lighting.
The wall between the entrance and the kitchen was demolished, the span was adjusted to 550mm, and converted into a glass partition, retaining enough entrance space and expanding the kitchen space. The transparent texture of the glass makes the entire field of vision wider. .
Open Kitchen
The homeowner likes cooking and hopes to have an open kitchen where he can prepare various delicacies when he is free at home.
uses white as the main color, which looks refreshing and clean, and complements the glass partition with black stainless steel brushed frame.
abandons complicated modifications in the hard decoration, and uses a simple modern background color of ivory white, combined with a horizontal and vertical frame structure, to create a subtle layered beauty.

There is a transitional state in the guest and dining space. The designer uses the top partition processing and the unified form of the wall to resolve the transition problem between the two. While retaining the differentiation of the functional areas, it also has integrity. The visual sense extends vertically from the inside to the outside.
and the entire moving line also forms a one-word moving line with no detours or intersections.
The master bedroom uses light colors as the background color, which is simple yet exquisite. You can feel the warmth of the sun while lying on the bed.
rice paper lanterns and chandeliers, the encounter between East and West, interesting adjustments to tradition with modern expressions, and the integration of multiple elements give the space a unique charm.
The balcony is an octagonal window, a relaxing and comfortable corner. Sunlight penetrates in and refracts on the beige wall, forming a beautiful light and shadow.
You can enjoy afternoon tea time alone at home.
Considering that parents come over occasionally to play, the second bedroom space is provided for them. Mainly focus on comfort.
The rattan bed and bedside tables were both purchased online, and they match very well.
The main bathroom wall is made of microcement, and the bevel area is used as a wet area shower room. With simple colors, the space looks square and simple.
