fault code meaning: bad outdoor unit ambient temperature sensor

fault phenomenon: indoor unit controller displays CH44 fault code, the letter CH and the number 44 flash alternately, the air conditioner does not run, does not work, etc.

Causes of failure:

1, bad ambient temperature sensor of outdoor unit / at 25°C (resistance at both ends of the sensor)

(2) normal voltage: 2.5Vdc / at 25°C (plug in the sensor)

1.1, measure the resistance of the sensor. (disconnect the sensor from the motherboard to measure), if the sensor If the resistance value is 0 ㏀ or ∝, the sensor is abnormal.

1.2, measure the voltage value at both ends of the sensor. (when plugged in), if the voltage value is 0 V or 5Vdc, then the sensor is abnormal.

2, check the motherboard

3 , Check the environment of the outdoor unit to ensure that the air circulation of the outdoor unit is smooth, and there are no adverse phenomena such as sunlight exposure.
