At that time, when the government promoted the six-year national construction public works plan of 8 trillion, Tiandao League instead intervened in public works bidding, stock speculation, real estate, media and newspapers, later turned to shipping, futures securities, entertainment and film and television industries due to profits from the stock market, and successfully intervened in the national political elections. In 1994, Tiandao Alliance carried out internal reorganization, with the "President", "Vice President" and presidents of each association as "Senior Advisors", and the senior consultants appointed the group leader, and had intended to imitate the Taipei Municipal Government to establish the "Top Ten Branches" in the ten administrative districts of Taipei City. In June of the same year, the Northern Sun Association partially split into the "Wu Tongtan Sect" and the "Shi Chuncheng Sect". The two factions clashed with each other for many years due to interests.
In December 1995, Luo Fuzhu was elected as a legislator (member of Congress) as an independent member of the party, and discovered the political arena for 6 years (1996-2002); and in early 1996, he handed over the position of leader of the league and was elected by everyone as the former CEO of the committee, Chen Renzhi, who had a higher seniority in the world [real name: Zheng Qinghui; Yuanzaihua). Before and after Luo Fuzhu was elected as a legislator, the power of the Tiandao Alliance expanded significantly, and successively established the "Tongxin Association", "Wenshan Association", "Sky Eagle Association", "Tiande Association", "Tai Chi Association" and "Huannan Association" across Taiwan. In March 1996, Chen Zhinan was also elected as a member of the National Congress and established the largest sub-political group at that time, the "Shanghe Association" to serve as the president. In August of the same year, due to the successive murders of the Sihai Gang and the Supreme Alliance's intervention in the company's shareholders' meeting, the government launched a nationwide "public governance project" under the pressure of speech from all walks of life, which once again caused another wave of gang members to avoid overseas on a large scale. In August 1997, Taipei County legislator ? Liao Xueguang was held hostage by kidnappers at Xizhi's home and imprisoned in Linkou Mountain. It was the "dog cage incident" that shocked the public at that time. After the incident, Liao Xueguang insisted on the incident and was done by the legislator Luo Fuzhu, a constituency member of the same constituency, and the Tiandao Allied members.
Changes and recent situations in the power structure
Since April 2000, the two factions that partly split the Sun Society formed a situation of "New Sun Society" and "Old Sun Society"; in August of the same year, a "Jilin Tea Tour shooting" occurred in Taipei City, and the "World General" of the Sun Society was shot dead, indicating that the struggle between the Sun Society and the Concentric Society gradually expanded from Keelung to all parts of northern Taiwan. Yang Dengkui
In 2002, the leadership structure of the Tiandao League changed. As "Luo Fuzhu" was unable to continue to run for legislator due to the involvement of many cases, coupled with "Yang Dengkui"'s successful business experience faded out of the world, and the "Wu Tongtan" of the armed faction avoided overseas for many years, the power of the three representatives gradually declined. Therefore, the leadership position was replaced by "Chen Renzhi" (real name: Zheng Qinghui, Yuanzaihua; Xiamen Gang leader). In order to consolidate its real power, "Chen Renzhi" has widely collected the heads of various places and established branches such as the "Tianyi Association", "Tianqing Association", "Tianming Association", "Beihai Association", "Songshan Association", "Tianlin Association" and "Guansheng Association" across Taiwan. Chen Shi advocated "reconciliation and coexistence" and talked with the old enemy of Jie Ri, which led to some old church members being dissatisfied and setting up their own businesses.
In 2005, "Chen Renzhi" even showed his strength in the world through the funeral of the big brother "Mosquito Brother". Not only did he call on gangs from all over the country to hold press conferences to set the so-called "Safe Day of the Underworld", but he also claimed to be a new generation of "Safe Arbitrators"; this move attracted the attention of the government and public security units, and in recent years, Chen Renzhi (real name: Zheng Qinghui; Yuanzaihua) is already old and intends to withdraw from the position of leader and be behind the scenes of "arbitration". Therefore, "Chen Renzhi" elected Xiao Zehong, president of the Jigui Association, as his new heir. In early 2008, Xiao Zehong took over as the third leader.

On October 2008, the police seized a professional baseball betting case involving the Chinese professional baseball team Midia Tyrannosaurus team (Hei Mi incident), and many members were arrested.In January 2009, the gate of the "China Finance and Economics Station" company located in Lane 420, Guangfu South Road, Da'an District, Taipei City was shot in the early morning. On the same day, an important stronghold of the Jigonghui (Tiandao League) in the same building in the Finance and Economics Station was seized by the police. In July of the same year, a condor case in Taipei was arrested by the police in Taipei City at an important stronghold of the Tiandao League on Guangfu South Road, Taipei, including the President Lin, the Sun Club, the Wen Jiaotou, and the Chen Jiaotou.

The Supreme Arbitration Committee is a common channel for consultation and decision-making between each association (the association) (actually not a specific core organization such as the "Central Standing Committee") of other provinces); the "high-level cadres" responsible for convening and presiding over the meeting are composed of mainstream representatives (usually the initiator, or their direct line) of each association (the association) and local heavyweight horn-headed persons (called elders, consultants or committee members).
