The book "Red Zhao Bao" records: No one can tell who the name "Red Zhao Bao" comes from now on, but people from my hometown say that Zhao Bao is an old revolutionary base, of course he is "red", which makes sense. Zhao Bao was one of the earliest revolutionary bases in western Henan . The courage, strength, perseverance and selflessness shown by the people of Zhao Bao in previous revolutionary wars gave her "red" and she deserved it.
The title of "Red Zhao Bao" is not only Zhao Baoren's heroic claim, but also the respect of the people of the whole county, because she has many red elements. Yiyang County The first to spread Marxism was Zhang Zhaofang, Zhao Baoren, who joined the Communist Youth League in 1925. He was also the first Communist Party member of Yiyang County (joined the party in 1927); the first revolutionary group of Yiyang County, "Henan Youth Cooperative", was established by Zhang Jianshi, Zhao Baoren, in 1927. He also established the first anti-Japanese armed "Yiluo Independence Group" in Yiyang County in 1944. During the years of military service, more than 30 central and military-level leaders have visited Zhao Bao, either planning and commanding battles here, or preparing for military training here, such as Wang Zhen, Wang Shusheng, Zhang Caiqian, etc. In 1938, the leader of the underground party of Yiluo region, Shao Wenjie, , published "Active Zhao Bao" in the Kuomintang Luoyang "Xingdu Daily", highly praised Zhao Bao's anti-Japanese and national salvation activities; Zhang Jianshi published an article in the "Old People's Daily" in Xi'an, warmly praising Zhao Bao's "wife propaganda team". During the Anti-Japanese War, there were thousands of party, government and military personnel in Yiluo District. The food, clothing, housing and use of these people must be borne by Zhao Bao people. They were frugal and would rather endure hunger and suffer from cold than supply the saved food to the troops. What is even more unforgettable is that they resolutely sent their relatives to the frontline of the War of Resistance. From 1944 to 1945, more than 800 children of Zhao Baoren joined the army and participated in the war. Some have sacrificed, some have been injured, and some have disappeared, and have not been heard from yet. After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan, our army was ordered to move, and the Kuomintang made a comeback. Zhao Baoren fell into dire straits again. Some of them were arrested and punished, some were raided and sealed, and some left their hometowns. For the sake of the revolution, Zhao Bao people suffered tremendous suffering, but they had no regrets!
Zhao Bao was the "red" of the economy. I came to Hongling Happy Valley and my first stop to return to my hometown. Hongling Happy Valley is a rural tourism complex integrating leisure and entertainment, camping and accommodation, and red education. It has a "Red Collection Pavilion" built by Tian Zhannian, a farmer collector from Zhao Bao, which collects more than 5,000 "red" collections of various types; in addition, Happy Valley has developed more than 20 amusement facilities such as helicopter models, cannon models, sky mirrors, colorful slides, and multi-person swings. It has a high altitude, long light time, large temperature difference between day and night, high soil viscosity, good ventilation conditions, and the natural environment and it is suitable for fruit planting. The fruits grown are sweet and have a bright future for developing leisure tourism agriculture. In early 2015, she made up her mind to raise 1 million yuan, and joined forces with four farmers to transfer 1,300 acres of land, and established the "Zhao Baohong Orchard" integrating characteristic fruit planting, picking tourism and characteristic under-forest breeding.
He Fanling continued to introduce that by the end of 2019 alone, the Hongguoyuan area had basically taken shape. The picking area produces 240 tons of fresh fruits of various types every year, and it flows to all parts of the country through supermarkets, cold chains, express delivery, etc. It received 30,000 tourists annually and created 3.2 million yuan in economic benefits.
