Cemetery is located in Gongying Mountain in Zhaoshan Village, Longtan Town. It consists of Shijia Road, Haoqi Gate, Memorial Tower, Monument Wall, Qianqiu Pavilion, and Heroes' Tombs. There are more than 700 loyal bones of martyrs buried here. They shed blood and sacrificed for the motherland with their unyielding spirit. In 2002, the cemetery was announced as a provincial cultural relic protection unit. In August 2015, it was announced as the second batch of national-level anti-Japanese war memorial facilities and ruins. In December 2015, it was announced as the National Defense Education Base of Hunan Province.

"Patriotic education starts with children." Local people Zou Ziying brought her three-year-old son to pay homage to the fallen soldiers in the Anti-Japanese War. "On the birthday of the motherland, today I will take the children to see the anti-Japanese warriors, tell the children to see the heroes of the motherland, let them study hard, and grow into useful people in the future." Eight-year-old Hou Yaqi was also brought to the cemetery by her parents. Under the patient guidance of her parents, she nodded repeatedly: "I think we must remember them, learn their spirit, love their motherland, study hard and grow up well."
