During the study period, Pu Anxiu's enthusiasm for learning and revolutionary enthusiasm deeply touched the leaders of Yan'an. Among them, the Organization Department Minister Chen Yun even thought she was a talented person, so he transferred her to Central Organization Department to work.
Just like that, in just two years since joining the party, Ura Anxiu became a flower in Yan'an with his beauty ability and high ideological awareness, and was highly respected in the revolutionary holy land.
Just as Pu Anxiu's revolutionary career was progressing rapidly, she met the destined man, this person was Peng Dehuai.
It was the autumn of 1938. Peng Dehuai rushed to Yan'an to attend the 6th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China. At that time, it coincided with a gathering held by the Organization Department. Peng Dehuai met Pu Anxiu for the first time.
At that time, Pu Anxiu saw Peng Dehuai at a glance, and he took the initiative to move forward and shake hands with Peng Dehuai. The first time they met, they left a deep impression on each other.
When attending the party, Li Fuchun, deputy director of the Organization Department, saw that the two were more speculative, so he began to arrange for the two to contact. Pu Anxiu was very interested in Peng Dehuai, but Peng Dehuai refused several times at the beginning.

In 1974, Peng Dehuai died of deterioration in rectal cancer. Unfortunately, he failed to see his wife Urayasu again before his death; and failure to meet her husband for the last time also became an eternal pain in Urayasu's heart.

It turned out that Pu Anxiu could not let go and was unable to accompany her husband through the last moment.
