In this campaign, the Red Army achieved heavy damage to the 80th and 81st Regiments of the Zhou Zhirou Division of Chiang Kai-shek's direct line, wounded the enemy brigade commander Xia Chuzhong, and seized a large number of weapons, which ensured the major victory of the Red Army's main force in the Battle of Jinxi. Unfortunately, when the battle was about to end, Zhao Bosheng was unfortunately shot in the right forehead and died honorably. After his death, the Provisional Central Government of the Chinese Soviet Republic called the Red Fifth Army Corps to express deep condolences, and renamed Ningdu County to Bosheng County in memory. Hu Kailin, Yao Xiaohua and others were arrested, and that night, Wei Shiliang and Wei Bing, the chiefs of security, were taken to Nancheng County and killed.
