One way to make:
1 Slot meat or pork belly or lean meat
2 Cut the meat evenly into the size of an adult thumb
3 Heat the pot over high heat, add the diced meat and stir-fry continuously.
4 Wait for about 6.5% of the oil to reduce the heat to low.
5 The oil is reduced by about 1/4 of the diced meat, and drain the oil.
6 Pour in sweet wine and stir-fry . The taste is crispy and colored.
7. Stir until the oil is finished. Spray the corn wine or white wine, light soy sauce, and aged vinegar evenly on the diced meat, stir-fry continuously, and then leave the pot.
Two ways to make:
1 Selection: Peeled pork belly (pork belly part) and washed, cut into slices of meat about 1 cm thick and about 5 cm (cubes are also available)
2 Marinate the slices of meat per 5 kilograms of meat/7 qian old sweet wine, 10 scallion whites, 8 ginger slices, 2 star anise, 20 pepper seeds, and 2 teaspoons of salt. Marinate the slices of meat for about half an hour.
3 Put half a pound of pork (5 pounds of meat as the standard), and until the oil temperature is 70% and the heat is medium throughout the process.
4 Put the marinated diced meat and the marinated seasonings into a pan and stir-fry continuously, and wait until the meat slices turn golden (about 12 minutes into the pot), and then you can get the pot. The chewy and meaty whistle is ready.
