It’s better to have dinner at home during the National Day holiday. There are many people everywhere, so I feel that it’s safe at home. Best friends must eat some "hard dishes", but fortunately they have prepared enough, so it's easy to say, and make arrangements. I made five dishes and one soup for everyone, and I ate my best friend so much that I was very proud of myself.
First course: Clams

Second course: Spicy chicken feet
Ingredients preparation: chicken feet, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, chopped green and red peppers, white sugar, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, etc.
Step 1: Cut the chicken feet in half, put them in a pot with cold water, add green onion, ginger, garlic, and cooking wine, and cook for half an hour.
Step 2: Add chopped green onion, minced garlic, minced ginger, and green and red peppers to the pot. If you like to eat chili, add some chili as appropriate. Pour the chicken feet into the pot and stir-fry for a while, then add a spoonful of sugar, half a spoon of dark soy sauce, one spoonful of oyster sauce, and two spoons of light soy sauce. Stir evenly and put it into the flavor and then come out of the pot.
The third course: barbecue chicken diced
Ingredients preparation: barbecue ingredients, chicken legs, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, pepper, starch, chopped green onion, etc.
Step 1: Remove the bones of the chicken legs, cut them into small pieces of moderate size, put them in a basin, add appropriate amount of cooking wine, salt, pepper, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch, grind and mix well, and marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 2: Roast oil in a pot, add the diced chicken under heat, stir-fry over high heat until golden brown and fragrant, add some onions to stir-fry until fragrant, add a packet of barbecue ingredients, sprinkle some chopped green onions, and stir-fry evenly.
The fourth course: garlic vermicelli shrimp
Ingredients preparation: prawns, vermicelli, enoki mushrooms, garlic, onion, millet spicy, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, salt, sugar, chicken essence, etc.
Step 1: Treat the prawns cleanly, remove shrimp thread . The vermicelli should soak in cold water for half an hour in advance, remove the roots of the enoki mushrooms and wash them. Chop the millet spicy, cut the garlic into minced garlic, chop the onion, set aside.
Step 2: Add an appropriate amount of millet spicy chopped rice, minced garlic, pour a spoonful of hot oil and pour it on, then add a spoonful of light soy sauce, a spoonful of oyster sauce, a little salt, sugar, and chicken essence, and stir evenly.
Step 3: Add onion to the tin foil and make a base, spread a layer of enoki mushrooms, a layer of vermicelli, and a layer of prawns. Spread the sauce on the prawns, add some water, put it in air fryer , and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.

The sixth way: sour soup fish
