Chop into small pieces, then soak in clean water for two hours. Change the blisters twice in the middle to clean the blood stains. This is very important. If the blood is not soaked clean, it will taste a bit fishy.



Then we cut the pumpkin and spread it, and then sprinkle it with a thin layer of salt. The salt can stimulate the sweetness of the pumpkin. Before preparing the garlic slices, prepare a little tempeh.
