What I want to share with you today is the delicious fried pork belly with porcini mushrooms.
This dish came unexpectedly today, it can be regarded as a rare encounter. Boletus is mainly grown in mixed coniferous forests such as pine and cypress. It is not only sweet and delicious, but also has no peculiar smell. It is a very famous wild edible mushroom.
Because boletus is laborious to cultivate artificially, it has always been mostly wild. Due to seasonal constraints and the uncertainty of picking. So in my impression, the number of times that I have eaten porcini is also very few.
Fortunately, I came across artificially grown boletus in the vegetable market today. Although the price is a little expensive, but it is worth the money, I will give it to the package immediately. To say that Baoyuan is a bit too exaggerated, in fact, there are only a few of them. Even so, a good meal is enough.
【Stir-fried pork belly with porcini mushrooms】
Ingredients required: porcini mushrooms, pork belly, green peppers, ginger, garlic, cooking oil, pepper, oyster sauce, salt
The production process is as follows:
1. Prepare several fresh porcini mushrooms , and a piece of pork belly.
2. Remove the muddy roots of the boletus, wash it with clean water, and then cut it into slices. Then boil a pot of water, wait for the water to boil, pour in the porcini mushrooms, add a teaspoon of salt, cook for about a minute and then remove.
3. The cooked porcini mushrooms should be drained to control the moisture; the pork belly is cut into thin slices; the green peppers are cleaned and shredded; then the ginger and garlic are minced.
4. Start a pot and heat it up, first heat the pot and pour in the right amount of cooking oil. Then put the pork belly into the pot and fry again and again until the excess fat comes out.
5. Push the fried pork belly to one side, then add ginger, garlic and green chili in order. Stir fry continuously until the bell peppers are cooked.
6. Then pour the boletus into the pot and mix well.
7. Continue to add some oyster sauce and pepper to the pot to taste.
8. Before cooking, add an appropriate amount of salt. (The porcini itself is full of umami, and with the blessing of oyster sauce, there is no need to add other freshness-enhancing seasonings.)
9. Finally, put the fried porcini on a plate.
A delicious stir-fried pork belly with porcini mushrooms is ready! The taste is really fresh, and it is guaranteed that you will want to eat it.
