Fei Yuewu introduced that the previous "property management" economic model was mainly based on site leasing, that is, idle land and buildings were rented to foreign enterprises and factories at appropriate prices to attract them to invest and build in the village, thereby increasing collective economic income. In order to increase the potential for the development of the village collective economy, Tongxing Village decided to make more next moves in the first half of this year and further optimize them.
Specifically, the village party branch takes the initiative to seize the opportunity of regional party building and co-construction to contract property projects for enterprises, factories and communities in the region.
